Well stocked with what I need

We were very pleased with our experience of finding our new stove/oven at Home Depot in Abilene, Tx. They had enough products for us to make an easy decision and it was even on sale! Also went ahead & purchased our microwave too, all of the products were of high quality. Totally happy!

This store was probably the most helpful and the most pleasant shopping experience that I’ve had in a very long time.

If you ever need anything this is your store!! Shout out to David M at the pro desk for always going above and beyond for costumers, as well as everyone at pro desk! They are all so amazing!! Manny at register 1 is always so happy and so nice!! 10/10 experience!!

They wouldn't allow me to receive my military discount in conjunction with my farm tax exemption. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! These 2 items are totally different from one another and one has nothing to do with the other!

The store was clean and fast friendly service at customer service desk. My online purchase was quick and available will definitely shop here again.

Have you ever had problems with something you ordered and, then, no one would help rectify the problem. I had problems and found the assistant manager Tim to be one of the most helpful persons I've experienced in some time, in any kind of store. Five stars for Home Depot.

Lau is an excellent help in the Plumbing department and anywhere you might need him. He’s why I shop at Home Depot!

I give this rating because I do not go shopping to have to wait on myself. If I am going to pay prices to supply jobs for people I should not have to wait on my self, much less, checking myself out.

Had an issue trying to place online order for an item that indicated next day delivery. I was not able to complete order online. Home Depot.com was also unable to resolve the issue. I called the Abilene Tx. Store #6583 and asked for the Store Manager. He listened to my story of what happened. He gladly checked item, found it in stock, applied my Veterans Discount, Placed the order and arranged to schedule delivery of the item I wanted. The Store Manager is be commended for his committment to his Customer's Service & Support! I highly recommend Abilene, Texas Home Depot Store #6583. Because of the Service I was provided today by the Store manager, I am getting the Product I want & need in a timely manner! Example of What True Customer service & Support Actually Is! Store employees are very friendly, they go out of their way to help out. Even at the parking lot they are very friendly and willing to help with your loading/unloading needs. Store is very clean and organized.

If not for Felicia at the Customer Service Desk, I would probably no longer be a Home Depot customer. She made arrangements for me to get the item that I have been looking for a having trouble finding.

Ordered the wrong refrigerator online. Meghan worked with us to get the right one ordered and honored the sale price that was in place when we had originally placed the order. Customer service was above and beyond.

Love the service and assistance, hate the increase in lumber prices and quality over the last two weeks. Feels like price gouging using the last two hurricanes as an excuse for the increase.

Personnel were of NO help. Store credit amt was NOT put on the card I was given. Person argued with me. HORRIBLE experience

This Home Depot is the best I have been to. The staff Is extremely helpful. Every time I have to come in for something I have always been helped. They have great organization and are super clean. Ive been to a lot of different improvement stores and ill never go to another one after this one. This is the only store I need because if they don’t have it they order it. They have even ordered products that the store doesn’t Ofer just too accommodate me.
