We’ve had repeated negative experiences here, all due to staff who don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Kelly was quite rude, and often it’s much faster to just look for something yourself than ask for assistance. Other stores’ employees seem to have a sense of urgency when you ask for assistance. That does not happen here.

I had to return my Ryobi blower. I didn't have my receipt. Employee assisted me in exchanging the blower for a new one. No hassle, helpful Employee. She made the exchange painless.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The cashier whose name is John is fantastic and goes above & beyond.

Tim did an amazing job in going above and beyond to ensure that I got everything that I needed and was knowledgeable about what was necessary to complete the job. He was also very helpful in helping to hand load a large amount of sheetrock as they had a delivery truck that was going to be a long time to unload.

I was looking for replacement rolling casters for kitchen chairs. I was directed to the area. Couldn't see them and three people helped me until they were finally found

People have changed. They greet you and are willing to help you find what you came to the store to buy.

I bought a couple water heaters that were damaged but everyone from mgmt down were excellent and made everything right. I couldn’t be happier!

On this visit to the home depot there were associates there asking if I needed help and the one that helped me went above and beyond

Employee Eh Say was very helpful and answered any concerns/questions I had.

I was in a hurry and had a long list of things to get. I was just into my list when an associate (Nancy) showed up and helped me with everything. She got me the correct cart for the pieces of pipe I was toting around (10 foot long). She made my trip so easy. I spent about $2,000 that trip but to me it was worth double that for all her help

My neighbor told me about the "Dawn to Dusk" light bulbs. He told me that I could purchase them at our Home Depot. These light bulbs are a great invention. They replaced the unreliable timer I had installed for our yard lamp. Now I have several lights on our exterior with this technology.

Again, I know that I am repeating myself, but I was very pleased with Jerry’s customer service. With the 3 times I had to come back in, within 4 days of each other, I was always glad he was working each evening.

Except for Tim, I could not find any other employee(s) willing to help me. Several were just standing around, conversing with each other. If you go to this store ask for Tim to help you. He was exceptional. He helped me find all the products I needed to repair a roof on a shed. Once we had the products loaded on a cart, he walked me to the check out and then to my car and loaded all of the items I purchased. Thank you, Tim, I could not have completed my trip to this HD without your help.

Goood inventory levels. Did see one employee (Bradley) stocking ryobi cordless boxed items. Theses boxes were visibly dirty. A simple wipe with a damp rag would have made the product look new, not like they were stored in a area with a leaky roof.

Eh say was very helpful. She help us find everything that We need and she was very friendly & patient.

Our sales person was above Knowledgeable in assisting us with our purchase of Countertops.Kristiyn Hunter went over and beyond assisting us.She waited for us to go home to do extra measurements, definitely the one I would be the go to person!!!

Asked for multiple cuts of chain. Employee flat out said "I ain't gonna do that" and walked away. Going to fleet farm instead.
