Ashley Purifoy did an excellent job helping with returning item we needed to return and find correct item we needed.

We purchased a new washing machine and Ms Antoinette was very courteous and knowledgeable. The process was fast and easy.

could not find anyone to help me in the appliance department, took me 1.5 hrs to buy a mini fridge that I had already picked out and knew what I wanted. Cashier and John from a different was nice. Fran and April were not helpful.

Store experience and service has been very, ok...

Friendly people! Miss Sondra was very nice, you can tell you loves her job. And places need more people like her.

the self checkout feature is by far a time saver for me. I will shop at stores with this feature first. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad trip.

Antoinette made my visit great she helped me choose the perfect dryer and ordered it for me and it should arrive before Christmas

I checked out in the garden center on 5/24/21 and the cashier, Sondra was very friendly to all the customers that she came in contact with while at the same time checking everyone out in a very timely manner

Home Depot should hire more employees like, Sondra. This cashier was amazing at her job, and went above and beyond her job to make sure that customers found what they needed. She also showed no hesitation when the other cashiers register went down, she opened her register so that customers would not have to wait.

Very Friendly. Helpful. Offer to help me and my husband to the car, cause he was in a wheel chair.

The Alexandria Home Depot is one of the best places to shop. Every employee goes above and beyond to help if needed.

Home Depot is pretty much a perfect store. It is located conveniently, clean, well-organized, has everything that I could possibly want, knowledgible and friendly employees in a sufficient quantity, and fun to walk through to see what there exists that I may want to buy. What more can a store offer?

The cashier I had was Sondra back in Garden Center, very courteous and made you feel welcomed to shop at that location. Every store needs more people like Sondra working there. Everyone regardless of their job position is in customer service and I think we all forget that and need to be reminded from time to time how to talk to customers (people in general). Sondra is a great asset to the Home Depot family. She has done you all proud. V/R Glenn Markle

I have a WONDERFUL shopping experience at this store every time I go. The store is always neat & clean & well stocked!! The employees are always friendly, accommodating, & eager to help!! I will definitely shop here, always, when I need anything for my home!!
