I bought the stuff today and I am happy with it

Busy store with limited help. Lots of missing parts when purchasing item. People would buy, use what they need and return. Store would then stock shelves back up with returned items. Bought a bottle of plumbers putty and found someone had used and returned. Waited for 30 mins for associate to get me a tool box. loaded it and drove it home, only to find it was dented in. Had to haul it back and wait in line to return their garbage.

Just visited to this place since I live down the street. Never had that experience like this. One young male cashier, fair skin, curly hair, not sure with glasses or not, didn’t greet to me as I passed by in front of him but the other customer behind me walking out from the garden area. I went out of the garden to grab the plant from the area where they displays herbs, fruit plants and flowers. After I got my plants, I walked back in to the garden area where I left my cart and pushed towards him. He didn’t even acknowledge my existence and went straight to scan the items. Employer should have reinforced the in-service about greeting customers. I have been visiting this place more than 10 years. Never have I experienced like this discrimination straight to my face. Shame on you.

Needed several light bulbs and got help to pick the right brightness for each purpose

I've been shopping here for many years. For the most part, the employees are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of what they offer. The reason for only 4 stars is because there's always room for improvement!

I bought a toilet and it was not ready when I arrived to get it. Sergio was really proactive and helped me pick it up.

I bought a heavy door today and was mentally prepared to attempt to load the door Into my vehicle but the cashier called for service and Will from Lot came over fairly quickly and walked me to my car and assisted me in loading into my vehicle. He was so helpful and very pleasant to chat with during our short walk to my vehicle. Thank you so much!

The Home Depot in Alhambra was awesome.

The staff here responded commendably to a problem I was having with an online order! Christina and George were incredibly helpful! I came in with a quote for a custom turf order, which we were having problems with completing (we needed 6 separate rolls cut-to-length, shipped to a school). George at customer service listened closely to my troubles, and was very patient as we attempted to resolve the issue, taking us around the entire store in search of answers before finding that Christina would be best able to help. Christina then tracked down key information and people until we came up with a solution to get what we needed! She then assisted with manually filling out 6 separate orders, and strategically applied a discount so we did not have to get charged 6 times for shipping. The ordeal took over 2 hours to resolve, and I was impressed at the level of patience and commitment to customer care that the staff had at this Home Depot! The other 8 employees who helped us find the answers went out of their way to help us, assisting us even while attending to other customers. Give everyone at this Home Depot a raise!

I came to buy a tool and the employees were very helpful in making the visit easy and fast. Jojo helped me right away in getting an employee to get the tool I needed. Ibet helped me at the cashiers desk

The cashiers were great friendly and helpful, I just had a really good time and I just went for dirt for my plants

Home Depot Alhambra has excellent customer service. The employees are professional prompt and knowledgeable.

I WAS THERE ONE DAY AND THE CLERK THAT HELPED OUT ME OUT ONE DAY MENTIONED TO MY MOM THAT SHE SHOULD BUY ME TOOLS!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

Actual employees are NOT like what you see in TV ads. They are rude and curt and do not try to help the customer unless you can find one to ask. (Good luck with that!)

Even though this is a high volume of customers store it’s always well stocked, organized and has friendly staff.

Evan the cashier was just the worst everrrr. Don’t think he’s ever had a job or customer service skills period. Laughs at people and isn’t willing to help. Definitely needs a Mickey d’s job

Avoid making purchases that need an associate in the garden Dept or you’ll have an hour long trip for 1 item. Incredibly frustrating.

I bought some flooring and basically needed a whole pallet. A home depot associate saw me loading boxes onto the flat cart and offered to instead have the pallet forklifted into my truck for me. They made quick work of it and saved me so much time. Thank you!
