Store is not helpful or knowledgeable

I went in there to find some blinds. Not only did they have them in stock, but there was a person there to it them for free. Top notch!

Every time the employees are very helpful with needs and at check out. When doing self check out there is always an employee that can help if having trouble. They have the product or help look up what I’m looking for Always shop at HomeDepot. Bob Morgan

Audrey and John were simply amazing. They are just like my Home Depot friends. I love coming to this store to see them and to say hi.

SOME HOW MY ACCOUNT HAS BE COMPROMISED. THE PURCHASE THAT I SUPPOSEDLY MADE WAS MADE WAS WITH A CREDIT CARD I DO NOT OWN. ALSO, I WAS OUT OF THE STATE WHEN THE PURCHASE OCCURED. HOME DEPOT HAS A PROBLEM!

I had to return a 1/2" socket that was attached to a 10mm socket tag. I entered the customer service station and paused at the "Wait here..." sign. I saw 4 employees and no customers so I walked forward. The girl at the third desk spun on me, and chased me back to the line saying that I had to wait there until someone called me forward. I didn't even make it back to the line before the associate at the last desk said she was available. She was very helpful. The name on receipt is Adeline. Adeline turned this from a 1 star review. she was great. I don't know who the other CS guard dog was, but she should be put down before she bites someone.

I had an associate Mel Parshall offer to call the American Fork store for supplies I needed because the Orem store was out of inventory. When I arrived my supplies were waiting for me at the pick up/C.S. area so I could make my purchase and get back to my job. I really appreciated that. It saved me a lot of time. Thanks Mel!

just a nice store to have in the area, and get most of the things you need when you need them

I was not greeted from any associates in the store. Also I could not get any of the associates attention from the Appliances department to acknowledge I was there or even get greeted and say they would be with me in a few minutes when they were done helping another customer. Very disappointed. I will have to shop somewhere else.

Have always had great service at this store and will continue to shop there.

Your efforts to require customers to wear masks needs to start with associates

Madi B was super helpful to me today. She went out of her way to help me check out quickly. This little touch made my visit so easy.

I needed certain lumber for repairing my horse fence and even searched lumber yards. I almost gave up thinking the virus had made lumber scarce. I took a chance and stopped at the home depot and dang if they didn't have everything I needed. Sorry that prices have gone up, but understandable that supply and demand has been affected by almost all goods everywhere. This is a great store and my first choice.
