great HD store...welcoming, knowledgeable staff, with good supply of items which I need for my minor home improvement projects.

Gianna was fantastic in helping me purchase my washing machine. Had a terrible experience with Samsung’s customer service. Will never purchase a Samsung product again! Thanks to Gianna, Nicole and Melissa I was able to get a refund and purchase an American made Maytag!

Unfriendly pro service, unfriendly to military veterans. The don’t help you when you need help in the lumber area and point you to the wrong aisle, they don’t care if you find what you need

I went to the Apex store on Saturday morning to buy plants for my yard. The store was so nice and clean with the carts right there for me to grab as I walked in the store. There plant selection was awesome! The aisles were wide so that I could move my buggy through as i shopped. Staff in the garden section was so helpful with finding me the things I needed and colors i wanted. I did not have to wait to check out, very well staffed and friendly like i had known them forever. Great job Apex home depot!

I purchased a shed and was very surprised at the building materials used by Tuff Shed as opposed to Another Shed Company that I had had previously. Much stronger and will last forever.

I bought some materials , pvc trims. In the checkout there cashier is not friendly and not military friendly. Every time I check out in that pro service cashier, I feel like I’m intimidated as veteran if I will ask for there military discount. Why? Is it because of color. That guy never acknowledged my service, instead he make unfriendly comments. I don’t like to check out in that cashier again

The Apex, NC store is clean and organized, good customer service in these trying times and typically have a lot of items in stock. I'll give them at least a 4 star....I would like to see their prices drop a little lower....

Bobby and Aliceson from the pro desk at the Apex NC store # 3644 helped me with the order and delivery of vinyl fencing. Bobby helped me with the initial order in the store and both he and Aliceson helped me on the phone with the delivery. They were both so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out okay. I called and told store manager Reggie what a great job Bobby and Aliceson did.

They sold me defective item and they did NOT replace it, they said it is ILLIGAL !!!!

Very happy with the services. Several associates offered their assistance to me in the garden center and inside the store.

The service is fantastic and always friendly at this store. I like that we see a lot of the same, happy associates every time we visit.

I have been shopping her for years for all of my home and gardening projects and have been consistently impressed with the quality of inventory and the staff. They blow away the competition.

despite the signs on the entrance, there were at least 10 dogs in the store - barking at each other, not obviously service animals. a terrible experience - will never go to the apex store again, ever. if dogs are allowed, take down the sign that says no pets allowed. This store is open for liability.

The sales person was informed that a smaller truck would be needed for a delivery. When the driver was unable to get down the driveway, because it was a larger truck, they informed they couldn’t make the delivery and they did not have a smaller truck. When the Home Depot Store was notified they took no responsibility for items that are not delivered and stated it’s out of their control because they use a third party to deliver. The assistant manager just said he could just cancel the order.

Have purchased countertops, rugs, etc. Have had an excellent result of personnel implementing my needs .

The "customer service" at the paint department is laughable. Rude patronizing employees who apparently aren't there for any type of assistance

Shopping at my Apex Home Depot is always a wonderful experience! They have 99.99% of everything I need and many more wonderful things I want for my home, inside and out. It is easy to find products because of the way the store is organized. Any time you might need assistance, the Apex HD employees are friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to guide you to exactly the right location to find what you need. The store is always clean and inviting, both inside and out. Truly I could spend hours inside. I buy a lot of HDX brand products because the quality is so excellent! For example, their trash bags with Mint-X technology that repels raccoons and rodents is an outstanding innovation! And my HDX automatic mop is the best mop I have ever owned! I use one on my outdoor patio too after a hard rain to soak up excess water in little time. I spend a lot of time looking at the plants and all the outdoor accessories ~ wind chimes, fountains, gorgeous planters ... what's not to love? Seriously ... I love my Home Depot !!

This location always has friendly associates and the items needed when other stores in town are out of stock.

I bought some bags of rocks, went back to get more, none to be had, no way to know if or when they might get more. My project is half done. Looking for a new store to buy from. Asked employee for help, they would not move. Did not buy any of items I went there for.

Our cashier Tatana was great , positive. And good customer service provided
