From: Community behind store#8926 The yellow forklifts used by the company is very loud it’s not community friendly when driven. There’s more traffic behind the store now because they are loading pickup trucks. Forward correct department. Help please. Thank you

Home Depot in Apopka has always been my go to store for all home projects and for my job. This location is always clean and friendly. I got the best help today in the hardware section. She (didnt get her name) went above and beyond to help me!

Well, I'm sold-at least for now. I was finding it hard to locate the appliance package I was looking for and I visited,called other stores and everyone was out of several packages I had my eye on. I was not going to settle. I had done enough research and if it meant not getting the deal, oh well, so be it. But low and behold, it looked like Home Depot had one of the packages I was in search of. I have to say Mark (not sure if allowed to use last names here) in appliances was so helpful, if I felt pressured, I kindly would have walk away. But not Mark, he was so, so helpful and we were able to put an appliance package together and he provided some tips for my appliances I was not aware of. Getting delivery on all 4 items same day. That is not happening on the market right now with Covid-19 and demand vs inventory. I would highly recommend this store based on my experience here. If anything changes I will post that also. What can I say, my background is Customer Service!

I couldn't find an item and asked an employee if she would check her stock. She did without making me feel like I was bothering her. She found no stock. She went out of her way to check other stores and found 2 in a nearby store. She then called them and had them put their hands on 1. Then she had a cashier ring me up with no problems. Allenea was wonderful to deal and she had me out the door quickly. It was the best experience I have had in a long time at a big store.

Home depot had the best price of Appliance Packages, we had to purchase (Fridge, range, dish washer and microwave) all for a great price. Jan was helpful/professional, answered all our questions. Store was organized everyone wearing a mask. Before we visited home depot we did visit other stores and did not receive the attention or package price.

This is the best Home Depot store in the Orlando area. The associates are very friendly and helpful.

This store by far the best Home Depot I’ve been to since moving to Florida. Lake Mary and casselberry run neck and neck for second. Altamonte springs store is a mess. They cater to contractors.

I selected a carpet I wished to have installed, took the sample to the flooring associate and he informed me that the first thing I had to do was pay for a person to come out and measure the area for $35. I did that and after the guy came out to measure I was informed by Home Depot that the carpet I selected was considered a "Do it Yourself" and they would not install it. Home Depot scammed me out of $35!

On two separate occasions a simple return took a long time, 45 minutes and 25 minutes

Simple return took more than 30 minutes. I twice demanded the Manager and the inept employee finally complied. The Assistant Manager finally completed the transaction.

I love this location because I'm always able to get help when I need it. The store is always clean and the associates are always friendly and willing to help.

I went to Lowe’s and got Valspar paint I had to return back 2 - 5 gallon paints and 1 gallon paint they were awful! I went straight to Home Depot and got Behr Marquee instead......I should had done that in the first place! Joe in the paint department is amazing he is so amazing and extremely helpful! Joe knows!!!

The store is always clean. The employees knows their product and where to find it which makes it easier to shop. Everyone is always friendly. And I would recommend anyone to shop at this Home Depot.
