Really great store. Switched from other store to this one as it is more convenient. Always in stock. Lots of employees. Lots of carts handy for picking up anything you need.

YOU CAN NEVER GET HELP!

Patience is always a virtue. I never go into a store Like Home Depot and expect to get out of there fast because there's just so many awesome things but if you're in a hurry they got their self checkout and go get you right on through

the store was clean and I did get help when I was looking for an item. The store has done away with cashiers except for a few. Those lanes were for contractors or people buying big items. There is mostly self checkout machines. I don't like them as they take away from the number of employees hired. I still had to get help as I have a military i.d. and the employee has to input that in. Self check out doesn't help at all with stealing and may actually encourage it. It is easy to scan something else for a more expensive item. Please consider putting back more cashiers. Also, I noticed even in the garden department that there is now a self checkout machine only. This definitely is not a good idea.

I always have wonderful service from the employees in the supervisors at the store they do go above and beyond to help me.

This store compared to other stores doesn't seem to have the inventory that Madison Ave, Folsom Blvd, Roseville or Truxel.

If you are a do it yourselfers,this is this place that will help you do it.

I have always been able to get help from an employee at this store to locate what I am looking for to purchase. If this store does not have an item in stock, they will call other stores in the area to check for availability. There is plenty of parking in their own lot that is easy to access. The return policy is great.

No one answered the phones at Lumber, Pro Desk, operator, Service Desk. I called each one in the morning of June 19, 2019, then again in the afternoon. Each line rang for 2 minutes and no one answered, except the one time the operator option just hung up on me.

Bob in the electrical department. He went over and above the call of duty. My purchases were not in his department, nevertheless, he assisted me with everything. It was great to have someone say, that they didn't mind helping me...even if it wasn't in their particular department! I believe Bob is an asset to your store. Bob made me feel like he cared, I have been in customer service for over 40 years, so I recognize when someone is genuine. Please, thank Bob for his kindness, He is Awesome! Your store is clean, and neat. Also, I found everything that I needed.

Very poor customer service by MOST employees. Last shopping experience was horrible. I spent about $2.2k in a single order, but the employee at "pro" desk was so mean and not respectful. He made me feel like he is paying my bill! Many ridiculous unnecessary comments by him. Rude enough to jump into a private conversation between me and my wife.

No attendants available. Long and slow checkout line.

Employees were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Store layout is user friendly, and when I wasn't sure where to find something, employees were happy to answer questions and provide assistance.

Morgan at the customer service desk is the best, she does everything she can to help me when i come in (which is everyday) The daytime floor manager Stephanie is great the Cathy in the door department is amazing Ed in appliances is great too. you need to hire me at night to run the stocking of shelves. They need to get better at that, I'm there everyday and I have to get my stuff sometimes (which I know I am not suppose to get on the ladder) This store is the best and I have shopped at all of them

The staff is amazing at this store, especially an employee, Mariam, from the Garden Department at the Arden Store--a true professional and goes above and beyond to help her customers! She didn't stop until I got the item that I needed. I will be shopping here again!

Every time I go to THE HOME DEPOT it is usually for something small. I always find what I want and quickly. Occassionally, I make a large purchase and I am always equally impressed with the efficient service from knowledgeable staff. All staff associates are helpful and say YOUR ARE WELCOME when I say thank you. This is the appropriate response, which is most often not honored; usually (at every where else I shop for groceries, fast food, or any other type of business) the response to my thank you is NOT A PROBLEM or some other millenial expression of not focusing on the person but on themselves. Well done Home Depot!

Store needs to be better staffed, better customer service and more order. Also needs to always have a manager or someone in charge on duty. Not having a manager or support manager at 12am is not a good thing.
