This is not a review of any particular product, it is a review of the staff at the Arnold Home Depot. Last week I went in to get some cleaning products and paint. The staff at the store were amazing helpful and friendly. Completely made my day. Thank you staff at Home Depot.

Process was very simple. Paid a small fee for in home measurement. Quote emailed next day. Fee was applied to flooring purchase. Was able to pay balance via internet.

Cashier Diane (#5) was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I've had to get a board 'of some type' that is lightweight, 'so high' and easy for me to carry and fit in my car. Being in rescue I sometimes just need something out of the ordinary to contain a senior cat who is arthritic or blind; Rolland has been there to help me the last three times I've had to get something; always smiling, cuts it to size for carrying and fitting in my car as well. All the folks at Home Depot are helpful(well except those few in any store), and friendly, but I really appreciate those that step out of the way to give this senior gal a helping hand.

Diane 5 was my cashier and she was courteous, informative and had a great sense of humor. She’s an asset to the Home Depot family.

I have bought my kitchen cabinets and flooring from them. Prices were great and I liked how they showed the kitchen cabinets and tweeked them while we are sitting there. Prices were lower than another quote I got elsewhere and communication was better.

We are always rebuilding, refinishing, or remodeling something around the house and this is our first place to go to.

We have gone to this store for a lot of remodeling needs and after COVID I expected poor customer service, but I was please surprised that the customer service has always been great and helpful. The employees were more knowledgeable than I honestly expected. Will go back.

Some time ago I somehow became addicted to Ryobi products, Home Depot carries Ryobi, so I started shopping there pretty much exclusively for my hardware needs. Aside from having a fantastic selection of Ryobi products (deals and otherwise) they've got plenty of great selections throughout the store. As for staff? I don't believe I've gotten an answer to every inquiry I've presented to them, but I HAVE gotten every staff member I've asked to research my question and at least suggest an alternate method to attain my goals.

If you need a new appliance go see Walter Thurmond. He is very helpful and kind.

My home improvement store of choice

I would like to thank the Arnold Home Depot. I worked with Teresa, Mason & Connor at the return desk. Teresa got me started with the 800 number and Toro. Both passed the buck and I ended up back at HD. Mason took care of getting things going on the return and Theresa finished it up. She called when she said she was going to and followed up perfectly. When I brought it back Connor and Mason were above and beyond helpful. They all did a great job. Thank you again for all their help.

Staffing is always a problem at these stores. Whichever brand you use, they never have enough staff. The cashier lanes are never staffed anymore. Its only self checkout for which I've not been trained.

He remembered me from my earlier visit. Got everything handled I needed. When there was a small delay, before I could even check in, he apologized for the wait and made a follow up call. Everyone was helpful and kind.

She knew what she was doing and I was very happy by time she finished with helping me to make the purchase (choice).

The sales people here are so knowledgeable and friendly, and I have never feel like I have to chase anyone down to get help!

Home depot is the only store that can facilitate my companies material needs. I am very satisfied with the service I receive on the daily.
