This is the one of the two Home Depot stores I like best. There are about five around me but the employees here are truly kind and love where they are working and it shows, they are more knowledgeable than every other location I have shopped at as well.

This store is my favorite, cuz there's always the availability of expert advice and assistance from Ppl that have invaluable experience in various areas; so that regardless of the breadth and scope of your particular PROJECT, their HD Gal, or Man will totally guide you, and thus making your shopping experience a completely and utterly awesum great one, in terms of not just being able to get what you came there for, but leaving their store as an informed and educated HD customer and valued CONSUMER. We buy a lot of plants at the nursery and have found that the quality fo the plants have decreased in the last year.

Juliet in paint was amazing ! Very friendly, took interest in me and my project! Smiled and joked and showed genuine care for her customers! I wish she was one of my employees!

The store was clean, products we were looking for easy to find and very quick check out. Assistance at checkout was very friendly and efficient.

This store allows non-service dogs in to the store, which then bark at customers and disrupt the shopping experience. No employees took any action, and half a dozen of them thought it was cute if anything, when some teen girl and her juvenile dog were barking at customers in every isle they went down. Tried to get help finding an item, couldn't even get that. Asked for a rust remover like Evaporust™ and got sent to the lawn care aisle. You can't make this stuff up folks. If you want to feel like you're shopping in a dog park, and be harassed by some teen girl's over-active puppy dog, by all means shop here.

GOOD SERVICE CLEAN STORE AND SAFETY PLAECE TO DO SHOPING

This is my local store and everyone is always friendly and helpful.

I have been shopping this store since it was built. I have met several employees over the years and have come to rely on a few for my project needs. Myron, Jim and Tom have always been very helpful. They have several years of experience and knowledge among the 3 of them and are very pleasant to speak with. I always look for them whenever I come to the store.

Always difficult to find an employee who knows where things that I’m looking for.

This store regularly has subpar service (that is if you can even find an employee). Today I purchased a pegboard and just needed it cut in half. I waited over fifteen minutes and spoke to 2 employees who said to wait but did not help. I eventually took it home and cut it by hand in 100 degree heat but it was still better than my service at the store. Go somewhere else for your merchandise...

The staff was very nice and helpful. I am definitely going here for all of my home improvement needs.

When I shop at the Arrowhead Home depot, I always get phenomenal customer service and experts that can guide me through my projects.

I enterred the store and saw two or three registers with orange, lit up "Customer Service" signs. There were three employees standing around, and no other customers. I assumed I was supposed to walk up to a register (similar to a check out). I walked up to a register where "Niki" was standing. Niki turns to me and says "what are you doing here?". I replied "I have a return". Her response in a scolding tone: "you're supposed to go to other side, this isn't a walk up counter". I apologized and said I didn't know (again, there were NO OTHER customers, thus no line). She continued being snippy and rude throughout the transaction. She said little, except when I pulled out my credit card for the refund with "you don't NEED your card, just follow the prompts on the screen". When I finished, no "thank you", "good bye" nothing. I cannot believe Home Depot hires cashiers this rude. I will NEVER NEVER go to this location again. I'm not even sure if I ever want to shop at Home Depot again after this. We have a major paint project coming up and some other home improvement tasks over the next year. Looks like I'll be looking for somewhere else as my default home improvement store. Too bad!

Great store and most important great staff. Very friendly, go out of their way to help find items and a very well stocked store. This is our store, Home Depot of choice when we shop for home repair or any home related needs.

Excellent service, customer oriented; the staff aim to please at this location. I am a disabled veteran, as such, I am respected, served with smiles and remembered for my military discount. The store is always clean, organized by department and staff are in never in short supply to offer a hand.

Store was very busy but all the staff was smiling and helpful. Autumn at self checkout was a rockstar!!

Great service in Washer/dryer department by Kathy ...ask for her she can answer your questions and give you the time you need to decide on your purchase.

By far the best store of all. I only shop at this location because of the friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
