The Arvada 1502 Home Depot is Hands down one of the best HD stores and one of the best hardware stores I have been to in recent years. Not only do they have products in stock, accessible and matching the website (availability wise), but they have good prices and great sales. They also have a clean store overall (They can't control every area all the time so there might be mini things here and there but They get taken care of regularly. They stay pretty organized and they take pride in their store. And most importantly the staff are friendly, available and knowledgeable about a plethora of topics. They offer assistance regularly but not too much and they are great to both welcome customers and thank us for shopping with them. My favorite parts of the store are lumber (the smell is amazing and the wood is gorgeous) and garden because I love houseplants.

Associates/ Cashier Ricardo and Bob and Britney on the front end we’re so amazing. They are amazing cashiers and leaders in Home Depot. When I came in they smiled and greeted me. They made sure that my shopping experience was fulfilled and nothing was lacking. Home Depot needs more leaders like them in the store and world ! Cherish cashiers like them and support whatever they need!

If you need help with hardware, Larry is your guy. He will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and all your questions are answered.

I ENJOY SHOPPING AT THIS HOME DEPOT, THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, THEY HAVE WELL STOCKED ITEMS ,THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE ALWAYS A GREAT HELP.

Shaylen at the 52nd and Wadsworth location in Arvada deserves special recognition. She was Amazing. Helped me from beginning to end. Was patient and answered every question I had. It was a wonderful experience. I will continue to purchase appliances there.

All of the carts are used for storage not for shopping, employee tried to pick a fight with me when I asked for help. Terrible experience terrible customer service.

I have an issue with my dresser and Needed to fasten the link to the drawer it self. I get it, I need to do my research on what I needed but not one person helped me walking through the store on what I was looking for. I needed up buying some small nails which I think are to big and I might need to return. I hope my next visit at this store is better than the last.

The man that helped us was very gracious but I don’t remember his name. Met Stephanie and Benita upon check out and they were also exceptional.

EVEN IN THE DENVER METRO AREA, YOU CAN FIND A FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD STORE AT THE ARVADA HOME DEPOT AT 52ND AND WADSWORTH.

I stood in line behind 11 people who were returning an item. After 10 minutes of only 2 people being helped I called the store from the long line asking to speak to a manager. They never answered and I was routed to a call desk. I explained the long delay, they made an announcement over the store sound system for additional checkers but none arrived. It took 20 minutes to return an item and the two customer service employees did not show any urgency in speeding up the return process. When I left, there were another six people waiting in the customer service line. I've returned items in the past and this seems to be the new normal for a store "where people get thing s done" except when you are waiting on customer service.

Purchased electrical supplies for home repairs. Folks at this store were super helpful showing me where everything was and helping with checkout. Very friendly employees.

I was looking for a smaller freezer and I happened to be in the store with my sister 2 weeks ago and we just happened to go by the appliances and we found the freezers (which we were not looking for.) She needed one and so did I. She bought the larger freezer, but I needed a smaller one, because I have a chest freezer and because of my height, I kept breaking my ribs. I was so excited to find this one that was a good brand and frost free.

I always come in with a project I think is outlandish, but you can tell the employees love their job because I always leave satisfied, confident, and we’ll informed. Jamie, the customer service manager, has outstanding service and is knowledgeable and helpful to no extent!

We had a very pleasant experience at this Home Depot today. Everyone was super helpful and very friendly, especially Cedar who helped us get a cart and the generator and went out of her way to help us get what we needed.

When we came into your store my wife and I were greeted by people that were happy to be at work were very knowledgeable about what they had and they knew who best to talk to in order to accomplish our shopping trip.

Doris A. in the kitchen appliances section is one of the best Home Depot employees that I have ever worked with.

I needed help with a washer/dryer purchase, and I needed it STAT (three-month old + broken washer = no bueno). Doris walked me through all the features of the new machines and helped me understand the differences between the machines. She even made sure I got the best price by checking the website when she thought it might have been ringing up too high. She's a saint!
