EJ in the appliance center makes my appliance shopping confident about what I'm getting. I met him last year shopping for a refrigerator and this year washer and dryer. I won't go to anyone else unless he decides a different place because he always honest and wants the best for his customers

My wife and I like going to Home Depot. We even when there there other day on our anniversary. Sometimes we joke about going on a "Home Depot," date. The employees there are very helpful and friendly.

Got credit card approved, but ended up having to pay for my merchandise with another credit card

What an awesome store. The inventory is huge and includes my favorite brands. The staff is available and extremely friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with my first visit.

I wish they had a home depot closer to us in Weaverville, NC.

If you need help, this is the place to go. We are building a house and everyone has gone beyond to be helpful. Rita, Loretta, Maurie and Dustin are just a few employees that come to mind. These employees always are superior in their jobs, They know their products and jobs. I always make sure I give a hello to them even if I'm not going to need help in their area. I really miss Wanda who had to leave due to health reasons, She always gave us a hug and made us feel like family. The employees miss her too. They say Home Depot is her family. What better compliment could there possibly be to the character of the people that work here?

This is a great store because of the people who work here. The store is well staffed by knowledgeable people who are happy to help. It may be a big box store but it does not feel like it. It is easy to find things and they have a good selection.

The salesperson (a lady) in this store is very friendly and helpful....She took the time to help me choose a product and then go check on something else for me on another product....She knew what she was talking about and helped me choose the right product...very satisfied with the salesperson at this store....plus the cashier was very helpful and friendly also

The employee at the paint desk was very knowledgeable. Store was very clean and the plants healthy and beautiful.

I'd much rather shop here than other home improvement stores. The staff is friendly AND knowledgeable. If you've got a project to do, they'll make sure you've got what you need to finish it. My water heater died spectacularly. When I called to make sure they had what I needed, it was set aside and taken to the front so I didn't have to go searching for it. When I went to the plumbing department to get the rest of the things I needed, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone originally knew exactly who I was and helped me make sure I had everything I needed to finish the install. Not only was he knowledgeable about the plumbing aspects of the project, but he also helped point me in the right direction for the electrical aspects as well. Then when I went to the electrical department to get the rest of what I needed, the gentleman over there was just as knowledgeable. He made sure I had the right breakers and all the wiring I needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this store.

Customer service at its best !!! Hope was extremely knowledgeable about pressure cleaners ... she was professional and friendly ! While Hope helped me pick out a pressure cleaner ... Lisa called Home Depot credit to make sure we could use our new Home Depot Credit Card ... A job well done lady’s Thank you !! Hope also made sure to offer me a Military discount when she saw that I had a Military Retired ID .. John

We purchased appliances from this store recently and both John & Joshua in the appliance department were two of the best salespeople we have ever dealt with. Would highly recommend either of them for your appliance purchase!

Salesperson Issac was the most courteous and helpful staff member I have encountered at any Home Depot Store. He went above and beyond to make sure my Christmas Tree was safely packaged as it was a display model.

This is the worse home depot to shop in. No one wants to help you. You have to walk the store before finding an employee. There is never any kind of management to find in the store. Employees don't know where they are when they try to find them. We will never shop in this store again!!! We will take our business elsewhere.
