Here's the scenario: Saturday morning- 8:30 AM, spring time, the patio gate is still locked- no cashier, can't purchase anything w/o hauling it from the patio area, through the store in a buggy-which means about 4-5 trips- because the isles are all crowded w/ shelves, pallets, grills, and a flat bed will not fit (I tried) .I went and got a refund for all of the mulch and top soil that I just purchased, left and went elsewhere. You suck Home Depot!

I hate the fact that it has gone to all self check out. I will not be dealing with this location again. Rochester # 2727 still has cashiers. They have not changed yet. My business will leave Home Depot if that store changes to no customer service. They do not care

This store is always clean and well stocked and the staff is more than willing to help with any questions you might have.

This store is usually very clean, well-stocked and knowledgeable, accessible people are typically there when I need them.

I brought in my echo chain saw in for repair to the tool rental center. Jim checked me in and answered all my questions. I picked it up 4 days later. Art who completed and rang up my receipt, explained what was repaired. Joe who did the repair, did a great job. I’ve had this chainsaw for 3 years and it looked like new. I’m very glad I brought it in. Was well worth it. Thank you Jim, Art and Joe.

awsome store and helpfull employees

Sales associates very helpful as usual: I called before coming in to make sure item was there. It was located and put on hold for me as promised by Dennis. He shared much info about the tool bench plus helped my husband locate proper lining to purchase for inside the drawers.

Great location that is easy to access from I-75! Love that they have lots of products in stock , items are organized and store is clean. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! This location and its employees have been SO helpful in our process of choosing, quoting, and ordering carpet for our entire house. The employees in the flooring department were so patient and knowledgeable, walking us through each step of the process and answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend this location for any of your house project needs!

Great help to assist me

Unbelievable -------------- 3 to 4 employees standing around customer service ----- 5 to 6 workers standing at the front of isles FACING the registers & VERY VERY few ( maybe 2 ) in the isles helping customers , so when i need HELP -- there is NO one around --- this STORE manger needs to be replaced , but i did get some kind of help very late , just not in every area that i had questions in .

A pleasure to shop here. everyone that i encounter always ask if they can help me. If the person or associate is not able to help they find someone who can help me out. Never a problem.

POOR POOR SERVICE in 4 areas -- lumber , plumbing , pest control , the the register guy tried RUSHING me out for NO reason when i made a second purchase at the register on a bunch of items at $90.00 total on both purchases .

POOR help by the BAND members again & again - In lumber lady says I don't know about this area , in the plumbing area two guys say I don't know about this area like i just started working here & other guy says I work in MILLWORKS & don't NO about this area with just TOM in area being overloaded with people that need help like me , then the Hispanic guy in the pest repellant dept. couldn't give me a straight answer if the electronic mice repellant makes a clicking noise or NOT then me & him went on a Clueless-Mission looking for an outlet to try one out to NO luck on finding one -- is this ALL you got - really ? This is every time i come in .

Customer Representative who assist with returns, assessed my situation in returning an online purchased and took care of my return very efficiently.

The sales associate, Shirley, was excellent and was able to answer our questions on the appliances we were considering...and if she didn't know the answer, she found out quickly. She made our shopping experience a great one...we are looking forward to receiving our new washer, dryer, and refrigerator.

I have consistently had good service and great suggestions since I try to do most things myself. They have shown me more up to date items to complete my projects that I was unaware of.

I enjoy coming to the #2764 AUBURN HILLS- Home Depot Store !!!! I get a great “vibe” being here !!!!!!!!!! Every time I stop by, the store is always “clean” and all “the products are easy to find.” Of course, I can’t forget to mention the “UNIQUENESS” of every HD associate that I had the pleasure of interacting with on this & EVERY trip. **“WONDERFUL JOB -YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME !!!! **

I bought 2 heavy bathroom vanities. I needed someone to load them into my vehicle. After paying for them and waiting 20 MINUTES, and 3 calls to the back of the store, NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. If another cashier who wasn't busy had not volunteered to help load them, WHO KNOW HOW LONG I WOULD HAVE WAITED! THE PERSON FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE NEVER DID SHOW UP.

Went to buy a new washer and dryer, the employee helping us was kind, truthful, and candid. Because of the help we got, we ended up buying our new washer and dryer here.

Cant find an employee to help, every single time I've had to go in there. If I did happen to find one after wandering around aimlessly for a long period of time, they dont know what youre talking about. Friends have recommended going to the one out on M24.

Clean store, excellent service. I recommend this location.
