Every time I visit this location, I am very happy with the service I receive. The employees here genuinely care about your needs and work hard to fulfill them. The cashier, Lynn, was exceptional and patient in ringing up a very large order. Terry, from the plumbing department, went out of his way to help box all of my items up and assist Lynn in making sure check out went smooth. Great service from both of them!

The aisles in this store are always overcrowded with product displays . You can barely get down some of them with one cart let alone pass by another shoppper. Very, very overcrowded .

Large selection of items I was looking for. Neatly displayed. No messy stock. Prices were well displayed for all items I was shopping for. No confusion.

We were so frustrated by the low quality, high prices and rude staff at another home improvement store tonight that we left and decided to try Home Depot (20 miles further away) The staff actually made the visit fun. Loading many heavy boards, but the staff helped and made the visit fun. The man in lumber had us laughing and chatting, the cashier was gracious and helped us get someone to actually help us load our trailer. Without having to ask. This is old school service with a smile and we estimated we saved $94.00 and graded up 2 steps inumber quality. We aren't ever going anywhere but this Home Depot again. And I'd say that if it was 50 miles away.

Ask for "Russ" (Russell Guercio) in appliances for the best experience and service! He made this process so much easier for us to navigate - AND - made sure we got 24 months 0% interest financing on our large order, too! Couldn't be happier.

I bought a stove and the person who help us was wonderful very kind.

I think this store must do better than ANY OTHER when it comes to taking care of their plants. There wasn't one plant in distress in the heat. There was a great selection of fertilizer and gardening tools. We also got a Makita Set with two tools two batteries and the charger for 99.00. We looked at cabinets and windows but this section was not as extensive as other stores. We looked at flooring and were pretty impressed with the offerings.

Ryobi 18 volt cordless tools are great!! Diablo sand paper is excellant. Dewalt 12" compound miter saw is very nice!!!

I bought a pole saw from Home Depot, in Auburn, IN, and had a very pleasant experience doing so. An assistant on the floor helped me find the item, even though it was almost time for the store to close, and the cashier and manager helped me resolve a question about a discount in a very satisfactory way.

We ordered two appliances recently. The staff assisting in the procedure was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful…… so refreshing

This store has some very helpful employees made shopping there very pleasant. checkout was fast and friendly

Glad we have home depot in Auburn. Yes it has a bathroom in case you need to go while you shop.

We had Helen as our cashier and she was GREAT. Very helpful and thoughtful with the military app, that we didn't know much about. Kuddos to her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been here several times and the employees always ask if you need help and are cheerful giving it. The people in the garden center particularly stand out. If you can't find something they cheerfully go look for it. I don't know the young man's name that was there when I was there, but he stacked all the planter blocks I bought on a pallet for me because I have a bad back, and he even shrink wrapped them. The cashiers are always so friendly too. You just walk out of the store every time impressed, when customer service is severely lacking these days at other stores.

More like the last year . Ryobi lawn equipment is great . We over time have a bunch of Auburn Home Depot store .

Joshua was my cashier. I think he went above and beyond with this customer service. This may sound like his "job duties", however I have worked in the customer service field for over 20 years. I have seen the bare minimum, below the minimum and above. Joshua waived at me with a big smile letting me know that he was lane was open. When I went to his isle, he asked about my day, if I found everything, if there was anything I might need. I just appreciate the manners and smiling face. Also, I did not get her name, but the woman in plumbing helped me find tubing that I needed. She also assisted with making me a few keys. She was super friendly and took her time with me, even though she was needed in another department :)

I have been to alot of Home Depot's and this one is far and above the best

Went in to buy a drill and got a DeWalt drill, and a driver set and ended up getting a compound miter saw also . Actually my wife said since we're here might as well get the saw I wanted and who am I to turn that down

Everything we have purchased from Home Depot in Auburn we have been very satisfied with. If we have a return, no problem. Very friendly and helpful workers. All seem to be happy to be there.

Had an excellent cashier named Helen.....also, like the location because it is easy for me to get in and out.

I buy a lot of different things from this store and I am very pleased with the service and products.

I travel in 5 to 13 states a year doing my job. So shopping in various Home Depot stores in a normal process. Including my home store in Cleveland, TN, the Auburn, IN store has the friendliest and most courteous associates ANYWHERE I shop. I wish to encourage other managers to learn from this store and their PEOPLE. Auburn keep up the excellent work.

I used to get asked if I wanted an email receipt. For some reason, I don’t get asked anymore. Also, when I did get email receipts, I always got a paper one too. Why is that? I like email so that I don’t have to keep track of paper receipts.
