We as a company frequent this store,and Grace and her team have always made our check out both pleasant and speedy. I really appreciate the guys at the pro desk for being so sweet and helpful.Generally we love their positive attitudes,even o rough days!

Bought several items and hve been ordering through the website and being informed when ordered items arrive.

Each time I come to this store, I always find what I needed

Customer service clerk was friendly and did not question my return. She seemed apologetic, even though it was not necessary, at all. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied, even as to the refund method (cash vs. gift card).

Had a great Refrigerator Shopping experience with Heather. Very helpful, patient and made us feel that we purchased the best product and options for our needs.

I came into Home Depot with my wife and 4 children looking to buy butcher block countertops. Of course, kids being kids, they began to argue and act up and otherwise show that they were bored with being in the store. The staff was super friendly, and not only helped with picking/loading/discounting the butcher block slabs but were also understanding of the hassles of bringing kids shopping and went as far as to engage and joke with my children, making them laugh, etc. Very pleased with my experience.

It was a pleasure working with Dan in lumber. He is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions other were not able to answer. He provided the guidance and expert knowledge that I needed to complete my project.

Just continue doing what you’re doing because with helpful employees like Tammie from the customer service desk, Publix isn’t the only place where shopping is a pleasure.

I enjoy coming to the Augusta Home Depot because Tammie at the customer service desk is always helpful and greets me with the most beautiful smile, and she never forgets to ask if there is any additional information that I want to include (ie; tax exempt or military discount) and she helps me not to forget the military discount that I’m eligible to receive, whereas other associates don’t take that extra breath to make sure that their customer is squared away.

Thank-you Ms. Susan at Home Depot located at 499 Bobby Jones Expy., in Augusta, GA for your professionalism, kindness and attention to detail. This is our Appliance/Lumber and almost everything store of choice; here we feel appreciated and valued.

Xavier went above and beyond today, helping me find a fix for my telescope's tripod. I came in with no idea how to go about fixing it and 2.5 hours later left with it working! All this for under $8. Thank you Xavier and Elizabeth. You guys are awesome!

This Home Depot is great, and the employees are very knowledgeable.

I bought a handheld vacuum today for its full price. When I got it home and opened it the orifice was clearly used. To the point that there was dirt in the chamber that dumped out on me.

Always a great shopping experience.

I went in for sheetrock and plywood. The cashier was exceptionally rude, didn't seem interested in proving the basest customer service, saw that I am disabled and effectively refused to get help to load my trailer. I have rarely been treated that bad as a customer anywhere!

Purchased what I thought was advertised bales of pine straw. What was available was not the same item but all that they had at $10.98 each. I travelled back to TN with the three bakes and they were filled with thorns and twigs.

Even though I bought my dishwasher online I received excellent customer service when I call to have it installed. A young lady named Felicia went the extra mile for us. She is outstanding.

Everyone was helpful in the store, but Brent was so wonderful and extremely welcoming and grateful for our business. We ended up spending around $6,000.00 that day on new appliances and other items for our house we're building. Bravo!

The store was neat and clean. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I thought the man who helped us get our fencing materials was really knowledgeable about the products and materials that we needed. He went above and beyond what most employees do. We truly appreciated all his help.

Had store stocked and organized

Went in to buy a cart load of plumbing supplies and they had everything I needed! Easy to find and easy to check out. I had three carts loaded with supplies from lumber to plumbing supplies.

Customer service was excellent! I dealt with Shay, Bouchra, and Dignorah. They should have their pictures on the wall.

James Perry did a color match for us in the paint department. The paint matched perfectly, and Perry is the best about making sure every detail is covered for your painting project.

I like to shop here because there are always plenty of service dept. Reps to help assist you with what you need.
