We live in Glenwood springs and we have a choice between going to the home depot in grand junction or going to the home depot in Avon. The Avon store is hands down the best store! It is neat, clean, and the employees offer the best customer service! We will go to that store from now on

I have to say, that the 3 ladies that helped me through the process of setting appointments for measuring rooms for carpet and flooring, getting the products picked out, the ordering of carpet and flooring were absolutely amazing. Alina, Linda, and Daniella at Avon home depot were spot on. Rock solid performance.

GAIL IS AMAZING! Want to recommend and praise a really "special" kitchen specialist in custom design! Gail is the best customer service person in the department! She is responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with! If you are in the market for cabinetry especially, she is the expert to go to!

We were doing a bathroom remodel and we relied on this store to have everything we needed and it did!! We had the BEST person helping us named John, in the bathroom section, he was able to find the vanity, facets, toliet and more! we had to buy everything for this remodel here and ended up being able to do it in less then 1 hours!! Thanks to John and the nice checkout person!

Great service, friendly employees, helpful and loved the fact that my St. Bernard could come in the store as I had a huge paint order & it was a hot day. Alan Knox took really good care of my paint order & CAM assisted at check out and getting it all in my car. Worth the drive from Glenwood Springs!

this store was lacking just last year with their employee choices. i found that employees didn't ask if they could help and when a customer went to find some help the employee was not equipped to help. this year they were GREAT we had at least a half a dozen employees ask if they could help and when we said yes they actually helped with a great attitude and new their stuff. much much better kudos to the managers.

I would recommend this store. This store is hit or miss with the product they have and the customer service they provide. One day they have everything you are looking for and there are employees walking up to you every other isle asking if you need help. The next day you can rarely find single employee, the ones that you do find have a that's not my department attitude. Overall you can usually get what you came for and if not order the items you need. Most employees are friendly and helpful. Be aware that you may need to be persistent to get what you need and when you need it.
