I bought and was unhappy with a product, I was ashamed to return it because the box was opened. I asked the employee what I should do and with great enthusiasm she asked to return it. I was happy! I returned it and bought something more expensive.

The so-called store manager Sonia at the Ming Home Depot does not have customer service training and made me feel like a criminal for using the water fountain. Then tried to say it was store policy, but could not produce a policy or SOP that said I couldn’t use the fountain. No posted signs or anything, but she made me feel like my money and presence was not wanted in that store.

I found what I needed quickly and was in and out in no time, even with help loading gardening soil into my car.

The cashier was extremely rude. Hardly acknowledged me even though I was smiling and said hello, please, and thank you. She never said a word back and gave me angry and disgusted looks.

After my first visit to add shelves to a bookcase I own, the employee who helped me went to a lot of trouble to meet my needs. He offered to cut 3 shelves for me, but I insisted i only needed 2. Changed my mind later and came back, and a different guy found the remaining wood and cut the 3rd shelf

Probably not an accurate representation of the staff there, but someone left a pallet in the middle of the aisle, I tried to walk around and something was sticking out and jabbed me pretty good on my side, it didn’t draw blood, but it did tear my shirt. I pointed it out to the nearest employee, and he couldn’t care less. Probably the person who thought the middle of an aisle was a good place to leave a pallet of fencing. Completely unprofessional.

I was actually having a terrible day until o got to the Home Depot. A young lady named tanisha helped me and she was great. Very on point very friendly. Excellent customer service. She actually made my day… thanks home depot

I am a big Ryobi fan I have been shopping at this home Depot for years and every time I go to this store they always have what I went for staff is very friendly and ALWAYS willing to help I've gone to a competitor store and I don't receive the attention that I get from my Home Depot

Not a great store. Employees park near store entrance instead of leaving spaces for customers Carts located at exit not entrance. Very dumb

I have owned my home for 38 years. The majority of upgrades and remodels have been purchased through Home Depot. Whether it be online or in store I have always had great experiences. Never Had an unpleasant experience. I feel as though this is my family go to for all of our needs. … during Covid… The young man rounding up grocery carts went and purchased all of the things for me that I asked and I never had to get out of my vehicle. I just told him what I wanted …a variety of different vegetables seeds/bricks/soil and wood to make the garden box. … I could’ve gone in the store …I was just too scared to go and he was more than eager to take care of my needs. I will never forget that sweet young man.

Found exactly what I want

Several female employees went above the call. While looking for an item a male employee looked on his computer and said, "not here". Before I left, I asked a female employee the same question. She got a big ladder and went to the top shelves and found it. Another female employee Beverly checked me out with a discount for all the time and trouble I had. Both were extremely nice and accommodating.

Beverly needs a raise...she was a pleasure to experience. I wish she worked everywhere.

I went to the Ming ave location in Bakersfield ca and I’m so glad I did Kevin and Xavier made my trip to Home Depot awesome thank you both so much for your help and most importantly your customer service!

There's two employees that have overall made my day happier. Extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and most importantly, they both gave me a few new ideas for q couple products that go well with the one I purchased.

I came to Home Depot on Ming Ave in Bakersfield, Ca and the Sales Clerks here are friendly and go way and beyond to help customers. They also are helpful in loading up your vehicle for you.

The store was clean and we'll stocked!! The layout is very user friendly too. Staff was friendly and very helpful. It's my go to home improvement store both pre and post pandemic! Kudos!

I always find the store very clean friendly staff and always available to me at reasonable hours you charge a little bit too much for lumber but everything else is okay I love this store

KEEP HAVING THE SAME ISSUE OVER AND OVER, ONLY ONE PERSON HELPING AT THE PRODESK AND SOME TIMES THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING, I’M A CONTRACTOR AND SEND MY EMPLOYEES TO PICK UP MATERIALS EVERY SINGLE DAY, AND CAN’T HAVE THEM WAITING ALL DAY WAISTING TIME BECAUSE THIS STORE EMPLOYEES CAN’T DO THEIR JOB RIGHT, THEY SHOULD HAVE BETTER TRAINING IN ALL WAYS
