JENNEFER a sales cashier messed our whole day, we spent over 250 dollars this trip and she didn't want to price check 1 tree, apparently it wasn't in her job description she told us to get another employee while she talked to 2 other employees we come here every week and spend over 200 dollars each time, we are appalled by the customer service this time.

My stolen card was used to make a large purchase and I am assuming ID was kit asked for

Instead of return proper changes, the cashier accused given extra changes and was trying to grab the cash out of my hand

Mike and Mina were great! My family and I came in today looking for a specific Halloween animatronic that claimed to be out of stock online and in stores. I asked Mike if I was able to buy the display. Unfortunately, the display would be unboxed. We decided not to go with the display and continued with out shopping. Mike later found us to inform that new shipment had arrived and there was a box waiting for us at customer service. Thank you Mike!

Team members at this Home Depot always very kind and helpful ready to assist customers. They make themselves available and always fulfill orders quickly too.

Went into the store, had trouble looking for what I wanted, and one of the staff gave me very quick and clear directions to where it is at very nicely too. Found what we were looking for, and had a hassle, in which one of the staff members quickly and efficiently helped and fixed for us. This was all in less than 15 minutes, and it was just a great shopping experience!

Head Cashier Robert Rice and Cashier Jasmine Martinez went above and beyond providing outstanding service. They definitely take care of customers and I appreciate the work they do. Thanks guys!

I looked for the repair kit for the outdoor lighting fixture, Karla & Dylan went above and beyond their duty to help me. Then a staff Freddy helped me to load up soil to my trunk, which I did not expect at all. I walked away with smiles on my face for hours.

I needed to rent out a tool and associate Josue in tool rental was very friendly and knew exactly how to take care of my needs his customer satisfaction skills are top of the line.

Today I was at the Baldwing store and I was stressed because I had limited time. Gaby and Norma from customer service were amazing. The were very knowledgeable, patient and polite and they helped me with my purchase and technology. Then Kirsten was also very pleasant at the cashier and completed my transaction.

The employees were very helpful and the availability of merchandise great!!

I buy all my trash bags here. I even buy my light bulbs here.

I been worming on my home renovation for 9 months, every time I visit all associates are so nice, courtesy and welcoming. Always good service despite being a very bust store!

I received extraordinary customer service when I visited the Baldwin Park location on 7/16/22. I shopped in the Garden Center and asked staff member Greg for help with a juniper tree. Greg was very nice and put the tree in my shopping cart, wrapped the tree so the dirt would not spill in my car, and helped me carry and place the heavy tree into my car. This location has the most beautiful array of plants it’s always a pleasure to visit!!

Visited the store little panic because I was looking for a tub spot for my master bath. Knowing that I probably wouldn't find what I was looking for, I went ahead and tried anyway. I was immediately greeted by coach Rafael and his trainee in the plumbing department. They spent over 30 minutes listening to my stress and immediately knew how to resolve my issue. They were attentive, patient and extremely helpful. They are an asset to the Baldwin Park Home Depot. I just wish more team members or as willing to assist. Thanks again guys.

As soon as I walked in the garden sec I was greeted with a warm welcome to Home Depot...Then I was asked it there was anything that they could help me with. Store was clean and in order...fully stocked

MICHAEL AND DANIEL WAS HELPFUL AND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME PLACED THE BAGS OF SAND SO THAT IT WOULD BE EASY FOR ME TO UNLOAD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND KIND.

Employee Kimberly had an attitude and was extremely rude. I won't come back to this location!
