Very bad sales floor employees. No one seem to know anything about the plumbing products and didn’t seem to care to assist me in another way. The sales floor employees were talking on the cell phones while working and were even acknowledging me to see if I needed help. Won’t be going back there again.

Johnny, the store supervisor came to the rescue and provided excellent customer. Johnny and his employees, Sam and Tom were kind to my elderly mom and helped us to our car. Great Job!!

I recently shopped at the 87th and the Dan Ryan Home Depot. After checking online for a 34" x 84" solid slab door, I drove TOTALLY out of my way to purchase a door. The website stated 4 doors were in stock. However once I arrived there were NONE available. I looked for the sales associate that works in that area but couldn't find anyone. Every employee a saw walking around doing NOTHING each said they didn't work in Millwork. (A total of 4 or 5 people) Two people did however page someone to assist me. I waited about an hour before someone came to assist me. I left without the items I came in to buy. I will NEVER EVER visit the 87th and Dan Ryan Location again. Everytime I enter this store I get so frustrated I leave with a Headache.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a very helpful clerk at a big box store like Home Depot. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she appeared to be a mature African American female. She actually took the time to walk with me to the store section to find the item I needed then actually ran prices on the different items so I could compare and get the one with the best price! Incredible!

Clean, friendly, great customer service

Never been to this location before but I’m sure glad I checked it out today. Pulled up to the garden center and was immediately greeted by a friendly worker who directed me to where I needed to go. I saw a sign for plants on sale and another worker came up and helped me shop for plants. She asked did I have sunny spots or less sunny to determine which would flourish more. Excellent help! Went to pay and was greeted again by 2 friendly cashiers. Checked out in less than a minute and assistance was called to load my car. Young man (Brandon) loaded my car and thanked me for my business. Doesn’t get better than this! Hats off to Bedford Park Home Depot garden center. Although I live far from here I would gladly drive the extra as this store has gone the extra for me.

It's always a breath of fresh air when I enter this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I ask for support.

The staff is always helpful, each and every trip to the store is an adventure because i’m clean and fixing up my house . My knowledge of house materials and repair is minimal , but the staff always patiently help me .

Tracey is the Best in fact the entire team makes you feel important and even if it's your first time trying to do a project they were there to help me even if I screwed it up LOL....

I went in for a fridge and was looking around for about 20min before I spotted an employee. She saw me but Instead of offering help she sat at her station and continued to use her cell phone, possibly texting. I asked if anyone was available to help and said she was. I told her I was interested in the fridge I was by but wanted to know if there were others in the same size. Instead of showing me around, she said I would have to look around myself. And somewhere in that same convo she said that I would have to use a measuring tape to get the fridge measurements. She offered no help at all, and did the least possible work. Only made a purchase with her because my situation was urgent and there were no other employees around.

They care more about your needs they help you understand the product.

this shopping experience has been the most helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and charming shopping experience my family has ever had at a Home Depot. It all started with a warm hello from an employee by the name of IRENE. She didnt hesitate to welcoming us to Home Depot while browsing in her section for tile. She answered all our questions And helped us select products and tools for our bathroom tile repair project. She displayed a very genuine interest in helping us through out whole shopping experience. If you are ever at this location looking for tile, floor etc she is the person to go to.

Home Depot always has the products that I am shopping for. When I am shopping at Home Depot I do not have to go anywhere else because Home Depot always has everything I need and it has been that way for 20 years of shopping!

I needed some plumbing assistance, I approached the store mgr Adam about needing some help with technical questions. He quickly hooked me up Dennis. Once I explained my project. Dennis gave me some choices on how to tackle them. Dennis made me look like "superstar" to my father-in-law.
