My go to store from 13 miles away.

Excellent customer service. By far the best Home Depot within an hour radius of Hillsboro

We were shopping at this store and needed help, there were a couple of young guys that walked in the opposite direction as we were trying to approach them, we went up to the check out area and asked that they call for help, nobody was coming. I saw this guy that helped me a couple of days before when I was in there named Joseph. He recognized me and asked me if I needed something and asked how I was doing. This guy (Joseph), paged for some help and when helped didnt come, he jumped in to gear to help us. Then he found those two younger guys and firmly had them helping as well as himself. He was not going to leave us until we were ready to drive off. This guy Joseph deserves something special for his positive attitude and his ability to gather others that really dont want to help, to help and be happy about it. He is a great influence with his co-workers and customers. My husband and I are in your store about 3- 4 times per week. We now look for Joseph every time we go, just to say hi to him. We give a 10.

Whenever you are in the Bellmead store in Waco, TX, make sure you ask for Ms Sharell if you want exceptional customer service. She is awesome!!!!

Josie Greeted me when I was at the Pro Desk and asked what project I am working on and asked how can I hep you? I thought that was an excellent Employee to make sure as a customer, that my needs were important to her!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

Good hard workers

Great place to shop for home improvement items. Staff are friendly. Easy store to get in and out of without having to go all the way into Waco.

Fast friendly service

Rodney and Ron were great help and smiled all the time. They both made me feel important and seemed like they really wanted to be there. Unlike some of the other people I ran into at the store. Everything I wanted was close together, plenty in stock, and pretty easy to find. Checkouts were long, but Ron checked me out so I didn't have to wait.

convenient, friendly place where I usually find what I'm looking for

Josie was very happy to help me with getting prices for a job I'm bidding. She also knew exactly where the tool that I was looking for was. And when it was time to purchase my merchandise that I had picked out, She checked me out in a profession manner. I will and will have to say that I feel she is an asset to you store and I will make it a point to have her help me again.

Home Depot in Bellmead I much prefer for a lot of reasons but especially want to acknowledge Mona rocks! Always a smile. Always looking out for her customers. I’ve seen her chase people down that forgot a bag or small item. I’ve seen her make a point to call an associate when she just sees that a customer needs help in the lumber aisle. I make a point to do check out in her aisle if she is working. She just puts a smile on my face. Her positive energy is contagious. Bellmead is also more attentive in general by their staff and easier to find stuff I need.

Cat was really great at helping me find the paint color I needed, however I need to go home and get the sample I have at home... so I’ll be back tomorrow.

This store is usually always so clean and updated with a lot of there seasonal items. I just want to shine some light for 2 fellow associates in your garden department Matthew and Sean did a amazing job helping me load up my items.

I believe that customer service should be a top priority and, after this visit, I am sure this was not the case for this store. During my visit, I had a question regarding flooring. The employee closest to my husband and I was busy with a customer, so I decided to go seek help from another employee. As I was walking down the main isle I saw two employees walking in my direction so I approached them and said, “gentleman may I ask one of you two a quick question?” One employee responded extremely disrespectful; he rolled his eyes, huffed,and kept walking. Fortunately the other gentleman was kind enough to give me a response. If it weren’t for the customer service other employees provided, I would have definitely given this store a one star.

Always have what I'm looking for and the staff is always more than willing to lend a helping hand.

The Cashiers seem more energetic to help more than the actually floor employees. But over all you still find what you need, great store.

I visited this location looking for a gas grill and a patio table set. With the help of the sales associates, I found exactly what I was looking for. They were so polite and helpful even offering suggestions. I love this location because of the people and how nice the store is set up and kept.

I like the riding mower display outside and if i win the sweepstakes ill use a big part to purchase one

Tyler in plumbing and Garden always give great and knowledgeable advice on the products and services The Home Depot Officers at the Bellmead location. I will be back every time as long as he is working in that section of the store.

Always clean and have products that are needed. Associates helpful and cashier was very friendly and kind.

Found it to be very well stocked in all materials, tools, and products. Employees are almost always very friendly and happy to assist and suggest alternative methods. Bathrooms are clean, the store is generously well kept.

Received excellent customer service on shower doors from Tyler in plumbing. He is very knowledgeable in home repair applications.
