As I was going downstairs to check on my babies right before I went to bed, I noticed that my heat lamp was completely burned out. They need their heat lamp in order to keep their body temperature up. I had to act fast so I called the Home Depot to see if they had a replacement heat lamp bulb. I only had literally 10 minutes until the store closed and I was desperate. Not only did I have car trouble with my first car, I had to use someone else’s car to drive to Home Depot. I literally only had three minutes to get to the store and they were gracious Enough to wait and help me to get exactly what I needed. I’m so happy that you saved my babies :-) God bless all you kind employees at Bend Home Depot.

This store used to be phenomenal. Now it feels like a chore to shop there. Finding an employee to help in the lumber department is almost nonexistent. Then on the odd chance you find one they seem to feel put out or bothered. That is unless you're a female. I had to move approx. 10 sheets of plywood that were mis-stacked to get to a sheet that I needed (Two employees walked by without offering to assist me) before any previously asked employee for help even showed up. Then he stood and watched me struggle while I loaded the sheet I needed onto the cart. Then I wheeled it back so it could be cut on the panel saw. "DO NOT" have any valuable wood cut on this saw unless you're sure it has a good blade. It will ruin the wood. I mentioned the "needing a blade" to the employee and that's when his insults began. There is a sign there that says they wont make precise cuts and that's ok. But what's considered a precise cut ? 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2" off ??? I didn't particularly need a precise cut, just a cut close enough and one that doesn't destroy your $90 sheet of oak plywood. See the pictures of what it does. For the most part this store does a decent job. The lumber dept seems to have issues consistently however.

Andrew was such a big help to me for filling out a large order. I am handicapped and wouldn't have been able to do it myself. He's such a nice man.

We have purchased everything from paint to major appliances and windows. Great products and great people.

Visited location, May 11, 2024 to purchase a Mother’s Day gift. Supervisor had staff collecting carts instead of assisting customers in store. My whole shopping experience was done using the Home Depot app to find the products I was looking for. Once I got to sell check out(The only option available) I was the only customer in about 10 transactions Were the self checkout clerk made sure to scan my items for me. I thought it was a little strange at first thought nothing of it until I realize the machine I was using did not accept cash so I went back in line to use the other kiosk accepted cash. In that time, no other customers received assistance in self check out until it was my turn again, and the clerk proceeded to rescan all my items. Only difference between myself and the other customers at the time in self check out was my skin color. Absolutely disgusting experience in the year 2024. Won’t be back to this location for business purchases for my contracting company or personal purchases

Krystal at the Service counter was able to solve the extremely difficult problem I was having with a repair issue. She went above and beyond researching what needed to be done and then called the warranty company and scheduled a repair appointment

We are doing a home remodel and it seems like we go there daily. Thankfully it's fast and customer service is happy and willing to help. Home Depot has almost anything you need to get the job done. You not only walk away with what you need but you also feel good about going there and not frustrated and feeling like you wasted time looking for something that wasn't there, with no one to help you search it out.

The here staff were very friendly and helpful with finding what we came in for, and the cherry on top was our cashier Cindy. She was so friendly with our kiddos. She definitely made their morning and ours too.

I went in for a fridge that was on sale. I was assisted by Kathleen who went out of her way to help me ordering exactly what I needed. Exceptional service!

We wanted to replace our carpeting and found Karmin in the flooring department. Her knowledge and assistance made our shopping experience easy.

Treating every customer as a suspected thief is a bad way to run a business. Find a better way to secure copper wire. If I can't be trusted at 64 years old to take an $11 roll of wire to the register, which of course there's no choice but to check out yourself, then I will go elsewhere. The disrespectful, condescending attitude of your female employee at the self checkout area when I tried to offer ideas to improve this scenario has pushed me to no longer spend my money here. You're not the only place in town.

Was greeted upon entry and was asked by two store employees if I needed help to locate the item/items I was looking to purchase.

If it isn’t in stock purchasing online and choosing in store pick up is a breeze. Their seasonal range of items is always plentiful and anticipated. Helpful and available associates. The first Saturday kid’s workshops are very fun.

Krystal Montgomery was the best! She made help me wirh all concerns and questions with picking out a refrigerator and washer/dryer set for my new home, and made me feel very special as a customer. They need more employees like Krystal. Customer Service wS by far exceptional!

While in the store looking for a sidewalk scraper, I asked one of the employees, Cheri, if she could tell me where I might find the time. She walked me over to the area and showed me the different items. Shew was most helpful and friendly,

We had a flooring estimate done in our home for the 4th time in about five years. Scott Prow has been the one to do it each and every time. We are so grateful for his professionalism and taking the time to educate us on each and every step. Scott is very considerate and kind to each of us every time. I would highly recommend his services and Home Depot has done well in having an employee as amazing as him.

The employees here are the most knowledgeable and kind that I’ve seen in any store ever. I shop there at least once a week and I’ve never had a bad experience once.

Easy to use app, when in-store it transfers item from my online account to my app. I can select In-Store in the app when shopping there and it gives me a map.

I had the most wonderful experience with both Jessica and Hazen, staff at the Bend HD. They both knew more stuff than most guys I've asked for help, AND they made shopping fun and upbeat with great communication and assistance. Their depth of knowledge made it easy for me to sort out exactly the best product to chose for my job.

I just bought a pack out set and Dianne was right there to help me and we had a conversation during self check the WHOLE time is was great!!

I just want to take time to let you know that Gabi from cashier/customer service dept was friendly, super helpful and patient with me in processing my last purchase with the use of my Home Depot Pro Rewards perks(my first time). She easily helped me navigate through my HD Pro app and after that she was again patient enough to wait for me finalize my purchase since l had to run back to my truck to get my wallet. Kudos to Gab! A definite asset to Home Depot Bend Or.

Staff always go out of their way to be helpful

I came in there yesterday to merely inquire about flooring. Today I came in to purchase the order. I had an amazing experience from all the above. Great time and fun to make the purchase. Ben did a great job finishing up with me, Jordan gave my daughter and I great direction yesterday, Jazz makes everything he touches great, Krystal is a champion every time I talk to her and Dusty is like talking to the owner of the business. Great experience!
