Went to 4 stores for cedar oil to replinish the smell in a cedar chest finally found it at Benton, Ar. location everything was organized and it was exactly where your app said it was at this store

From the time I walked in, the employees acknowledged my presence. They spoke and asked if I needed help. They were so pleasant, even though my online order was incorrect and I had to wait for a new one, I still rate it a great experience. Bought a freezer while I was there too. Margaret was awesome. It was just great to see people take pride in their job. Seems rare these days.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL.

I bought a Insinkerator Badger 900 garbage disposer today as a replacement for min that died. I think I will like it when I get it installed.

Had a problem finding tile that was on clearance but none left on the shelf. The man in the tile department went over and above to locate the tile

I’ve always like using Home Depot because usually you have every item that I need and great assistance and recommendations. The one in Benton was especially good in helping me find what I needed and getting these materials on the on time. Everyone is very courteous and helpful.

I have several recent trips to the Home Depot in Benton, each time was to the garden dept. The plants are in great condition, and well cared for. The lines grow to be lengthy but I think the helpful staff make it worth it.

I WENT TO THIS STORE TO PURCHASE A NEW CUB CADET RIDING MOWER AND AFTER A 2 1/2 EPISODE I WAS SOLD A USED MOWER THEY HAD OUT FRONT WITH ALL THE REST OF THE MOWERS. MY MOWER PURCHASE WILL BE WITH TRACTOR SUPPLY.

I went in to find a power tool set and could not find it. I asked the lady who worked in the department and she went and found it on the high shelves, got it down carried it to the front and then helped me find other items I needed even though they were in different departments. I always get excellent customer service here.

Real customer service has been forgotten across all sectors. This store relished the opportunity to genuinely assist the customer, no matter what they are looking for, or how long it takes.

I bought a Whirlpool dryer from this location. I had a great experience all around and definitely will be shopping at this Home Depot again in the near future!

I drive to Benton even though there is another store that is suppose to carry items comparable to HD. Not only do they not hold a candle in inventory, they have a -20 on a customer service scale. I have been in their store twice and walked out and swore I would never return.It may be less than halfway from my home,I gladly drive the 35 miles to my always friendly and stocked Benton HD. I have purchased Anderson Sliding doors, all of my new vent, outlet covers, paint and misc reno needs. Trying to get resurrected from being “Dead” in your company eyes and buying vanity for the bathroom. Sharri, Joel, Jamari & Lillian are just the last of your excellent staff that I would like to see commended for their excellent customer service! They are true assets to your HD Team!

My son and I are building a cabin. The sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of our cabinets and our appliances.

I purchased a pallet of mulch - 65 bags. I was going to load this on my trailer and Home Depot sent 3 employees to help me load it. My trailer sides are not that high, so I had to make two trips. On the second trip, Home Depot sent an employee to help me load. I so appreciate the help!

Have purchased everything I have needed to remodel two houses from your store. Do not close the Benton, Arkansas store, I would be lost.

The cashier Makenzi was very polite and courteous. She was the only employee around helping multiple patrons and kept her cool the whole time. Employees really do make the experience great.

Quick in and out! Store had what I needed and at a fair price. Had to return an item for the correct one; no hassle at all.

Home Depot in Benton Arkansas is a great store to find all of your home fixing and building Supplies. The Doors & Windows Pro went above and beyond to make sure we ordered everything we needed to have our doors installed. Everyone there seems friendly and willing to help. Great Store!

I went to buy a washing machine, the department manager answered my questions completely. I had already seen the washer I wanted online at a lower price before I went into the store. I wanted to price match and it was hassle-free. The washer I bought was as good as I expected it to be.

I live in small town Benton, AR. I can honestly say that our HOME DEPOT could give a flip about their customers and expect them to check themselves out when they are done shopping. While doing so, u get the satisfaction of watching some 19 yr old moran drink his mt. Dew and talk on the phone. What in the world has HOME DEPOT COME TO! #SELF CHECK WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WILL NEVER GO BACK.... EVER. MARK MY WORD! It wants me to rate my review, heck i wouldnt even give you guys 1 star.... but here again, thats not an option!

I look forward to shopping at Home Depot. The employees never hesitate to offer their help or answer a question. That puts Home Depot way on top of the competition. Don't change a thing -- orange and your logo -- brightens my trip to the hardware store!
