It is a store where you find everything you need for your home I recommend it

Great customer service!

I just paid full price for what turned out to be a used hedge trimmer! The box was beat up but it was the last one left of the one I wanted. Pretty surprising they would put a used return up on the shelf.

I bought a washer and dryer and I have had many problems since the installation, I do not recommend anyone to buy kitchen appliances at home depot, this store is to purchase tools and things to repair the house

Amazing energy at this store! Everyone is awesome especially Jessica and all the ladies by the self check out. Everyone is so friendly and attentive.

My wife and I purchased flowers, spices, garden plants plus bags of soil. All the plants were healthy and there was a large selection of different soils to choose from.

Exchanged a propane tank and it went smoothly. The machine outside was a little loud but functioned properly. Price was fair with an exchange.

Always friendly and quick service at this store location. Very well stocked and clean store.

Have it all and found it on my own

I was very happy to have a cashier who could help me - plus be so friendly!

Went shopping for a clothes dryer, I asked the clerk to explain to me the differences between models. Seems as though I was a bother to her. Luckily I did some research online prior to going into Home Depot. As to recommending to a friend, it depends I guess on who is working that day in appliances.

The customer service during check out was quick and the cashier engaged in conversation

There is never any help at this store, and if you do happen to see an employee walking around they don’t ever!! Bother asking you if you need help, even though It’s quite obvious you are looking for something! So frustrating! And to many self serve kiosks, employ people!!!! Not machines!!!

Everyone in this store, is very friendly. Know them by name.

Noticed a very nice change! More employees around the store to help finding things and actually had three separate people acknowledge me with a very nice hello. Very welcoming !! Both gentlemen in plumbing and electric very helpful !1 Thanks !

Very poor customer service at the pro desk!

Even with a stacked line at the registers Denise was able to handle my complicated order all while helping others.

Stopped in to buy flooring, and was helped by Laura, who pulled the extra goods I needed from the overflow location (out of my reach) and then loaded them into my shopping cart. She was great - as was Janet at check out. This is my go-to Home Depot...great staff!

My wife and I were looking for plant hangers and were given directions to them but we went into the wrong aisle. After a few minutes the employee ask us if we found them we said no and he guided us to the right area and shelf. We bought several!

I am rather pleased with Home Depot these days. Employees seem friendlier and more knowledgeable than other home improvement stores. Employees also make sure I find what I'm looking for.

Tend to go to Whitehall more as they seem a little bigger but the Bethlehem Home Depot has some of the best service and nicest employees I’ve come across anywhere. They’re helpful and friendly all the time.

Absolutely Love this store, the most of employees are knowledgeable & have expertise in their departments. I would like to see cashiers back in the stores! Unless you’re going to pay ME for checking out myself!

Mandy and Karen, from kitchen appliances department, were very helpful and cooperative in making the purchase of the dishwasher a good experience. I frequently visit this store for all home improvement needs, EXCEPT ceramic tile. When the wet-saw was removed from this store several years ago I stopped making ceramic tile purchases. Bring the wet-saw back!!

Absolutely terrible. I needed something in a section they had closed off and they told me to walk around it. I went up front for someone to get it and they said i could walk somewhere else and ask somewhere else. When I told them i didn't need to do that because i attempted to shop unsuccessfully and went to her for help, she called a manager. manager got me the product quickly, but then when i went to check out the employee had no idea how to unlock the protective case so she went and helped other customers. I finnally told her i would unlock it bc i know how from 20 years in retail so i could leave the store. Absolutely terrible experience

Fully stocked. Associates were hard to come by via calling in and in store for the carpet section. That was a hassle. Online was quick and easy. Somethings are better in person however.
