The experience from Kimberly was great. She has an upbeat personality and was very friendly. I will continue to shop there knowing you have great cashiers that are helpful, bubbly and made my experience comfortable.

We had great service in the isles as we shopped and at the register as we checked out. A pleasant and friendly disposition really makes a difference!

The Home Depot corporation is GREAT. Every Home Depot that I have been in is fantastic. The Bettendorf store is awesome and ALWAYS strives to take care of the customers.

Employees were courteous and offered assistance right away. Other stores typically, you have to track someone down to help you. I like the store product such as Stanley, DeWalt and Milwaukee.

I came in looking for building siding trim, was assisted in the aisle by an associated who took me to the product needed. It works for my application. At the self service cash register I misplaced my wallet in plain sight! Went to my truck, back home, and shop to search thank back to the store. The employee monitoring the self service area had found the wallet and had given it to his manager, Eddy for safe keeping. It was a happy ending for an overworked business owner. Given the high caliber employees I've interfaced with a this store I would have been surprised if it had turned otherwise

The employees Betty at the Service desk was helpful and Steven in the Garden section was absolutely amazing. Steven listened to my concerns and questions with good feedback.

Anna at the check out was so helpful. I left the store with a smile on my face!

Being a electrician we are frequent visitors at most home improvement stores but home Depot not only has knowledgeable staff and great products you can tell they treat there employees great because of the way there employees act.... Keep up the good work

I received an email stating they canceled my countertop order when I just received measurements the same week. I never received any notices that they were going to cancel my order. When I tried calling the store and finally got somebody to answer the phone they transferred me to the kitchen department and nobody answered. So I got transferred back to the first person that answered the phone which again transferred me to the same department that didn’t answer. When I hung up and called the store back I asked to speak to the store manager and got hung up on. I called back three more times and got hung up on all three times. Awful customer service. Cannot get a hold of anybody to answers for my questions!

this is the best store in the Quad Cities area, more than friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and that makes you feel good, and makes you want to come back. We highly recommend Home Depot to everyone.

Just bought a high end grill at home depot. It was 50.00 dollars cheaper than other places and we got a military discount of 10 percent. The employees here are very friendly and seem to care about our in store experience. Shop here if you want first class service. Kimberly, our cashier was top notch and very helpful!

My wife and I can't say enough about Mario and Laure who helped us on our most recent visit. Employees like these are what every store should strive for. They are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The store itself is clean, and well stocked, no doubt, through the efforts of the employees.

We have dealt with this particular Home Depot on several occasions (our son lives in Davenport), and have always walked away knowing they have done their best in helping us accomplish whatever project was at hand.

Marcelo, Jared and Christine assisted me on different days and they all three rock. I love how they were all very friendly, yet always asked if I needed assistance and I always do when I go to Home Depot which is one of my favorite stores. I love this store! The employees are friendly, helpful and have good senses-of-humor! Once you’re in the store, it feels like you’ve joined a little family. Even the other customers catch the spirit, and we all joke around. Don’t change a thing!
