The store always have everything i need and the employees go above and beyond to assist.

In recent past, I had hopes for the Bloomfield, CT Home Depot. And thankfully, store management has encouraged their workers to be more vigilant regards providing excellent customer service. In my opinion, excellent customer service will always be the deciding factor in how I might consider conducting business with one store or another. My only suggestion is that Home Depot workers (not just Bloomfield, but across the country) not wait to be asked if they can help customers, but ask if customers (who might look a bit perplexed trying to find items in a large store) could use help finding what they need.

The Bloomfied Home Depot is A friendly and helpful store. The employees are always happy and helpful. The holidays deals are good and I found everything I wanted.

Home Depot in Bloomfield is one of the best stores around the area.

Only con there was this lady name Beth, shes soooo rude I dont know how they allow her to work there.

Great customer service. Associate went above and beyond finding a specialty tool that was showing online in-stock but was not on typical shelves. He didn't give up and was very concerned for my time. This kind of customer service will bring me back again and again as a customer.

Javine and Bob from paint for so helpful and patient with me and my wife. They helped us to get everything we needed and leave happy.

My only complaint is the lackluster lighting section that is rather dated and limited in selection.

THE STORE IS NO DIFFERENT FROM OTHER HOME DEPOTS. JUST BE WARNED THAT INVENTORY RECORDS MAY NOT BE ACCURATE WHEN YOU GO ON LINE TO ORDER. THE WEBSITE SAID THE TABLE SAW I WANTED WAS IN STOCK. IT WASN'T, SO I HAD TO DRIVE ANOTHER HOUR TO WESTFIELD, MA, TO GET THE ITEM. IF ONE ITEM IS REPORTED REMAINING ON THE WEBSITE, IT MAY NOT BE THERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR OVER THE PHONE. I HELD ON FOR TEN MINUTES, TRYING TO CONFIRMN THAT THE ITEM WAS ON THE SHELF. I FINALLY GAVE UP, AND DROVE TO THE STORE.

This is generally a very good store to shop in. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful.

The store Need more guys like Wayne and Ucol there are the two best person that work at work at the Connecticut Bloomfield Home Depot If I was the CEO I will definitely make sure that they are getting taking care
