This place runs like a well oiled machine. In and out in record time. The employees seem like they are the management. Anyway they act like it and really care that you get what you want. Unusual for snooty Boulder.

This store is one of the most efficiently run stores the company has. Service is great. Problems are solved quickly when there are any, which is rare. Employees really try to be helpful and are. I do $3,000 to $4,000 a month at this store month after month for those reasons. I could go elsewhere where it is more convenient, but I don't.

Buyer Beware! The installation company HD uses for carpet install is a third party called Home Solutions. i was very disappointed with carpet install and they were very uninterested in addressing my complaint. I have had great luck with HD staff but I am disappointed when they don't expect their service providers to make it right for their consumer. I do not recommend Home Solutions.

If you are going to have curbside pickup you need to set expectations for how long this will take. For example I placed an order nearly 24 hours ago and despite making 2 phone calls to ask when I might collect I'm still none the wiser as to when I will get my order. I wont do this again. The guy that took the order was great, the girls that I have asked for updates have not been, I don't think its unreasonable to ask for updates.

Easy to do returns, easy to find items with the home depot app which will steer you to the aisle and bay number of the product(s) you seek.

unacceptable customer service on all fronts, from floor to cashier to carry out. multiple people were wearing masks improperly and employees did nothing to stop it. if you value your health, time, and sanity DONT SHOP HERE!

Store does not take customer safety into mind with the virus. They force all customers to use a cashier which means an employee touches your items and stands close to you. Horrible idea on the management side of the store. This is the only Home Depot that does this and i hate coming to this store because of this policy. Self checkout should not require me to have an employee scan everything while standing next to me during a pandemic.

The appliances and home furnishing departments upstairs are very helpful. Most clerks and area support people elsewhere are helpful. The present manager seems not to be as caring and thoughtful as ones in the past. He was very loud and unkind about returning items that were not what we ordered and the error was no fault of our own. Luckily, his employees were more aware of the situation and had already helped us in securing the correct items.

Allowing individuals in without masks in July 2020. Absolutely unacceptable.

Middle of a pandemic and most employees not wearing masks and had one hand sanitizing station on the way out and was out of sanitizer.

I ordered for express delivery from this store 10 days ago and paid for everything. They called me today that my product is not available even though it was available when I paid for it 10 days ago. In other words, they sold what I had already paid for. This was a time sensitive project and now I have not alternatives. Very disappointing.

Very poor customer service experience. Assisted by several employees trying to figure out an online to in store purchase issue and was never apologized to or made to feel valued. In fact was told by one of the customer service counter employees that “I was the one making it difficult”. I’ve honestly never experienced such poor customer service at any reputable establishment.

I appreciated the telephone help from the household major appliance department. It was tough to compete with all the walk-ins on the busy final day of a big sale, but after several phone conversations, we finally completed the order.

While trying to buy a $500 tool, I was told obviously incorrect information and then made to feel in the way when the employee needed to put the ladder in front of the display I was looking at. Two stars because if you don’t need any help, there are some decent deals. I purchased that tool and accessories from another local retailer.

If there's anything a you would want to in the areas of quality appliances, tools, home improvements, etc., Home Depot should be your first stop. Speaking from personal, experience, you will definitely not be disappointed. The salespeople are very knowledgeable, personable and eager to help in every way and very experienced. A visit there will astound you when you see all that their stores have to offer.The stores are always clean, well-stocked and well-organized and there are always friendly and well-experienced employees around who are eager to help you without being pushy or aggressive. You will always have a pleasant experience when visiting Home Depot. I am a very picky shopper and I have always found what I am looking for there. I think you will, too. I just bought the perfect French style refrigerator at Home Depot and I love it! They had so many refrigerators that I'm sure I will see no others anywhere else that I would want more or like better. Service was superb!

I’m from Chicago, bringing my child to school here and needed something from Home Depot. The layout of the store always makes it easy for me to find just what I’m looking for. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, if your in Boulder and need something for do it yourself? Stop at this Home Depot, they have everything!

The staff in the appliance section were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I'm a new home owner and have never purchased an appliance. They helped me pick out the right thing for me and went above and beyond by giving me their tips for proper washer maintenance. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and walked out feeling confident! Plus, they were really friendly, so shopping did not feel like the chore that it usually feels like to me. Highly recommend going here not just for a good selection and price, but great advice.

For your basic shopping the store is fine.Just do not have them put doors in for you.They totally screwed up my door and locks.

Home Depot needs to ensure the quality of its delivery subcontractors. My promised delivery of lumber was delayed due to the subcontractors inability to drive in the mountains, which is costing me time and money.
