I went into the Boynton Beach Home Depot to get everything. I need it for a full project of bathroom remodel from bath to shower. I am a woman and I am not a handy person. I was given a list of things I have to pick up, but I am voice still, unsure as there are so many things to choose from. I asked one sales person very disappointed in his response and he looked distracted with other things so back I go again, trying to figure things out on my own. I’ve run into another sales person nice person, but still not giving me the answers I need or even trying to help me to get my supplies . My third person and I am extremely grateful for running into him. His name is Bruce E. All I can say is wow wow wow. He made sure I got everything I need to explain the difference between the different types made sure everything I carried out to my car. Cashier was outstanding as well. Very very satisfied with overall experience.

Purchased the perfect battery operated puck light for my kitchen. We could not figure out how to open and separate the light from the base to mount under cabinet. Arlene, in Customer Service, called someone from electrical to come up front to help us. A very pleasant gentleman arrived shortly and showed us exactly what we needed to do.

CLASSIE was so efficient when I was last at your store. She is not only helpful but very friendly. She moved the customers at the register in an orderly fashion and was nice about it.

Needed to replace our old refrigerator because it just stopped working. Luckily it was a few days before Black Friday. While visiting the store’s refrigerator section, I was approached by the Appliance Specialist Vinnette Epps. Ms. Epps was extremely professional. She patiently answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. With her help we settled on a Bosch French Door refrigerator. We highly recommend dealing with her when needing to purchase an appliance.

The Boynton store is my favorite because they seem to have the most helpful staff.

Trim molding and accessories seems to be priced by trend and not cost.

Greeted when entered. When we approached the lumber department, staff meet us immediately and answered our questions regarding our purchase. Several staff recognized me, which is always good. Upon departure the cashier was very professional made sure we had everything we came for. Encouraged us to step our on faith. Which is not something we normally get.

I love this Home Depot. I am an avid Home Depot shopper, sometimes multiple times a day. This location is definitely my go-to. The staff is friendly, helpful and engaged.

I purchased three lanterns, ( Tool Only ) The rechargeable batteries, & recharging platform and wires were not available. ( Store didn't carry them nor were they in the inventory for purchase. An oversight it seems. Clerk went overboard in trying to help me find them in other stores. ( hurricane on the way ). Could not be found, and one day later I returned them. Clerk was overly kind and understanding in accepting my return.

The Customer Service we received from Medjine EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!

You can always find help in the isles, they are knowledgeable and if they can they will get someone.

Jim in plumbing in Boynton Beach store is a wealth of information and assistance. Have a home improvement to do with plumbing, Jim will take you through it and guide with reliable advice. I highly recommend him. He guided through all the appropriate necessary products for our projects quickly, efficiently and economically. Go Jim!

Great experience purchasing items for my bathroom. One item was not in stock, clerk went above and beyond to locate it at another store and had it delivered to my home. Can’t ask for anything better.

The staff helped me a lot! They were super polite and helped me with the delivery of the carpet.No words for how satisfied I was with the service. My car didn't fit the carpet, and they fixed this problem quickly.They delivered the carpet to my house, at the same moment I left the store they followed me to make the delivery.

I’ve had good experiences with the employees of this store who are motivated to assist customers. Other Home Depot employees are not so motivated, so kudos to the Boynton Beach Store Manager.

I was never greeted by you nor did you show concern that I was even there for the first minute and a half that I stood and front of you. I even greeted you as I walked up. After my $500 sale I was then again not greeted or showed any concern that I had just spend my hard earn money to buy from your store. You handed me my receipt and proceeded to walk away without a word to be said. I will take my business to HD Supply before I walk into your store. A store that takes not pride in customer service.

On this trip , I wasn't offered a home depot credit card
