It took over a month to have a washer/dryer combo delivered and installed as the contractors were clueless as what to do! Both delivery teams requested two different upgrades, of which only ONE was required. They were not knowledgeable at all regarding setting up a basic washer/dryer! I was given the complete run around!

Had a great experience dealing with Kenny (Sales Person KL01JW) and Ann in the Kitchen Appliance Dept of Store #1602 (Naamans Rd) on 5/25/2024 when shopping for a dishwasher. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They are GREAT sales people!!!

The employees at the store are always pleasant and willing to help you find something or load my building materials in the car. Sabrina the cashier is very cool employee

Walking into this store I was greeted by Bill D. He offered to help me load mulch onto the trolly and into my car. Then asks if I needed anything else. In which case I did and he went on to helping be load split rail fence into the truck. Even while helping me he was keeping his eyes open to help others too. I could not be more satisfied with my experience at this store and it is only because of Bill D.

My recent visit to Claymont Home Depot was exceptionally positive for several reasons. The staff's knowledge and assistance were outstanding, making my shopping experience enjoyable. Moreover, I discovered a fantastic deal on the John Deere zero-turn lawn mower I purchased. The exceptional quality of customer service continued as an employee assisted me in loading the mower onto my trailer. Their help in securing the rear wheels, applying the brakes, and providing clear instructions on how to handle the mower at home contributed to the overall excellence of my experience.

I also go to the Glen Mills store on 322 and route 1 much bigger but further away

No issues or problems. I am able to go in and get my items quickly and check out fast.

Both Zurghuna and a gentleman outside (didn't get his name) were both very friendly and the gentleman outside assisted me with loading my vehicle without having being asked, which I was very impressed with!

So many of these chain stores just have anyone as employees, but this location has knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help with specific situations.

All employees are super friendly and helpful. I usually find what I need and if I can’t find it someone is willing to guide me in the right direction. Store is clean and check out is simple.

I went in for 3 items. Two items their shelf locations were empty. There was plenty of stock high up. Couldn't find an associate to get the items I needed. When I did find someone, I was told it wasn't their department and to look for someone else.

I have been to this particular Home Depot many times. There have been some employees who seemed indifferent and/or downright rude, however, today Thomas In flooring went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Thomas!

In a world where customer service is declining in quality, and humans are being removed from processes, it's nice to know that at Home Depot, you can find friendly staff to assist you with purchases! A+ to Dave in appliances, as well as many other representative in the aisles who were helpful and courteous. beyond the service, there were plenty of products on the floor to look at and touch. This makes shopping and comparing easy.

Most employees at this location are great it just takes one bad employee to run the whole shopping experience Michael oh and building material sure done that for me on three occasions now I hope the store manager has some assistance and correcting this problem I know Brian will do his best to try to correct it when Michael oh keeps telling customers that that's not his job there is an issue I needed three medicine cabinets down out of Overstock he said that's not his job on the next shopping experience I saw an elderly man and woman asking for some piece of lumber to be cut in half he got mad through it on the floor on the next shopping experience I had a bunch of building material I needed assistance on loading he refused said he was busy I went back through the store to try to find him he was back there lean against the shelf on his phone

I found everything I needed without any issues. Plus the associates were absolutely fabulous. Very polite and extremely helpful.

Paint lady was extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed for my project. Cashier was very nice too!

Preston helped us with cutting our wood and ge was awesome! He was pleasant, kind and he is the king of cutting!

The employees besides a select few are so miserable and hate their jobs you go to check out they think you're stealing and demand to search you and when they find nothing they don't apologize I'm tired of the store if I could give this store a negative rating I would if you could go to a different home improvement store I would

Every time I go to this store everybody is very friendly

I went into the store to purchase a tool that was locked up and waited in the middle of the aisle, while no one came to help, after I asked a head cashier for help, to get the tool unlocked. I was then informed that she should've known where the key was. I contacted the store manager after I left the store and he acted as if he could've cared less about my experience. I was very disappointed.
