If you are in this store go see Jim in the wood area as he is so pleasant and really wants to make your shopping experience the best. I went from the wood section to the plumbing section (Jim’s help). Stood I the plumbing section for about 3-4 minutes all while the guy working in that area ignored me.

It all depends on the day and who’s wrong but I went from having two excellent employees(wood and hardware) help me to having 3 employees (including a manager) act like they didn’t give a crap. It’s much easier to just drive a couple more minutes down the road to Lowe’s next time.

Nice and professional worker

The cashier at the self-checkout Kila (Keela) was very helpful with operating the self-checkout machine. And also was very professional, friendly assistanting me with my items I purchased.

This is one of very few locations that carry rope by the yard. I drove the 25 minutes to get some for a project. NOT ONE person here could cut rope so they gave me some BS story as to why they couldn’t sell it. Although it’s only available in-store. I would’ve cut the dang rope if they would’ve opened the locked cabinet. Please train your employees

Whenever the home improvement store that is closest to me, doesn't have what I need, I drive a little further to this Home Depot and always have success. The people are very friendly and helpful!

Always helpful an the products needed are of good quality and variety.

Simply bad service. I was not given assistance with a large item. Was told to go find a cart that would hold the item (somewhere in lumber). Two employees talked to one another while I muscled the box. My 15% off coupon was not honored because it was for online and there was not a bar code. Although there was no stipulation that it was online only. And because I do not work for Hone Depot I did not know that "we" cannot scan the price tag bar code only the manufactures bar code. What a mess.

Store is allways clean and well stocked employees are willing to help you fine just what your looking for and make suggestions to help make your project easier

Empty boxes on shelves, while full boxes are high up out of reach. Make sure you ignore the cashier, and enter your pro information first, or you will NOT get credit for your purchase, and customer service won't help you!!! I've spent almost $7K the past 4 months at home depot, never again.

The store was very clean and organized. The Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The cashier named Kila was very nice when we were checking out.

I was directed to the proper department by the greeter, and found it easily. Brian Penn found the part I needed, and VERY KINDLY installed it for me. He was polite, funny, and competent in the performance of his work, and I went home with my repaired lamp. The store was clean, all the associates with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this store when I need assistance.

We couldn't find anyone in flooring to help us order materials. The ladies at customer service tried but when they weren't able to do it they got someone who could help us. Jim came to our rescue. Most places are trying to hire during this time and it's nice to know even with a working shortage especially at home improvement stores the employees here will do everything to help you.

The employees at this tore must get super training. The associates are always friendly, professional and know lots about the area that they serve. I used to live near the store; but, I moved away. I drive from Pataskala to shop at this store whenever a need arises.

I make many purchases at Home Depot. This store is always clean, and the employees are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.. I always work with Leighton in the flooring department. I know I can count on him to be knowledgeable and help me with my purchase. He is always friendly, polite, and eager to help me find the products I need. Leighton goes above and beyond what I would expect from a retail employee. He is a real asset to this store. I prefer this store for many of my home improvement needs.

One of the things I love about this store is that I am greeted like an old friend when I enter. In particular, the man that runs the paint counter. Every time anyone walks by he always greets them with a genuine hello and a little something like he has known them forever. It makes me smile!!!

This store is always "under control" by that I mean well organized, properly staffed, never have encountered a "negative" employee. Most of the time I am able to find what I need on my own. But without fail, someone will ask if I need assistance and when I do need the guidance, they are happy to help. I have always believed that this type of situation comes from the top and works it's way through the ranks. This creats the kind of environment that I have come to expect from my local Home Depot. Store was clean and had no problem finding my Indexing bull bar . would of liked for it to have been as low price wise as other places I saw it .

My wife and I recently purchaced a home within the Pickerington area and have visited the Reynoldsburg store on numerous occasions. During our visits your team has consistently illustrated increditable customer service with a personal touch and the cleanliness of this facility was/is astounding, thoughtout.
