This is close to me and have everything that I want. They produce everything

I shop a lot at this location and tons of employees know me. And everytime I come in everyone is so nice to me. The girls at the check out are great, Doniek,Trisha, and Kari are nice. Whenever I have a return I always end up with Jasmine or Yvette and they are very helpful and they always go above and beyond to make sure my return goes smoothly or my order is correct.

Amazing and organized. Ready for your question and willing to help you at any given moment.

shoping was quick and easy also close by.

Lazy, stubborn, and disrespectful employees unfortunately far outnumber the truly excellent employees at this location. Merchandise comes broken or missing pieces and you are forced to wage war for the most basic exchange or return that would take seconds at any other location.

Easily find product if you need help the staff are there! Great staff ready to help and very organize and a clean store.

I frequently buy on line and pick up in store because either this location is short staffed or inexperienced with the products, or when I do pick up in store the experience is quite horrible. My last experience was pleasant, Steve the window staff helped me expeditiously and showed me the options. My cashier Tabatha was great as well, as she took the time to call credit authorization and helped me get my purchased approved. I was very satisfied with my last visit (2 out of 5 visits) and the staff . The downside to this location is you have to pay for parking, home depot should waive the parking for shopping at this location as most items require a truck/car to transport. This location is a smaller location and may not have all of the brand or items available.

I can finally say this with a smile on my fack. I have never experienced an employee at home Depot being rude to anyone and I've been going to home Depot for a while every one of their store, that I've walk in I have never witness any of the employees being disrespectful to any of the customers.

You will encounter Derelict employees working in this store who can not read or understand english.If you need help you will receive insult.I have had enough of this messed up store how can they stay open?

Shelves were much more organized then the other Home Depot’s. I usually always go to Camille at the pro desk but all the girls are always very helpful to me and getting me what I need.

Great Customer Service!

One of the managers ivy was extremely patient and helpful with me. She walked me all around the store. I was frustrated at first because I had to wait for my order for almost 1 hour. While other associates were brushing me off she came and asked me if I was being helped and I came off rude to her but she understood my frustration and apologized she was able to get me what I ordered in less then 10 mins?!?! Then asked me if I needed anything else before I left she managed to walk me to every aisle and get me what I needed she saved me a lot of time and was really nice and friendly to me while doing so!

Delivery screwup cost me over $200. And the lack of communication is very unprofessional.
