Excellent customer service as always I drive by multiple Home Depot‘s to shop at this particular store. I love how I’m treated I love the customer service I love having Lois check me out and I love being able to chat with Monika about products everyone goes above and beyond and that’s why I continue to shop at this store primarily 99% of the time my purchases are through this store

From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out, every encounter with each employee was positive. They were mostly knowledgeable and able to direct me to the appropriate aisles. They also helped me determine the materials I would need for my project. My past few experiences have been so positive. I would definitely recommend this location and will continue to shop here for the friendly service.

I am used to employees of home improvement stores avoiding eye contact when you need help, but the Brooklyn Park employees asked me if I needed assistance every time I moved into another department! Unprecedented customer service!

I bought some paint at the Fridley store and it was way wrong. The color was off. The young lady that helped me was nice but I don't think she knew about the paints or exactly what colors I needed. I had to return the paint as it was not showing up the color I wanted. I decided to go to the Brooklyn Park store and the employees there were amazing. They helped me get the exact color I needed and it looks amazing on my walls, trims and doors.

I was charged $90.00 more than what Home Depot agent told me I would be charged for plumbing installation of my Rheem water heater! Andrew L

This store is the worst I've ever been to. The only saving grace was Nathan in power tools and Tressie on register. Nathan was so friendly and instantly calmed my growing anger. I was never greeted, never asked if I needed help except for Tressie and Nathan, every time I saw an associate it was like they were running to get away from me. The store wasn't even that busy while I was there, it was disappointing. Nathan and Tressie are the only reasons I would ever go back.

Watch out as they are not trained in customer service

Needed everything to do the bathroom sink above and all the pipes. Elderly gentleman came to my rescue. Got all the right things. So very happy

Just being greeted and talked with thru-out the store makes a Great shopping experience

I brought my protected service dog in here and my dog was almost attacked by a pittbull named Samantha. The home depot knew its name. My dog is licensed from the Ada and has a right anywhere I go and a dog tried to get us in there. They knew it's name.

I bought a fan today and I’m happy about it

Store manager Tyler and associate RB were actually coming up to me asking if I was doing ok or needed any help. Their knowledge and customer friendly personality was superior. Made me a regular customer coming back! Give them a raise!

I was looking for a tool that was on sale as it was not in the point of sale box. I asked Nathan if he could help. Nathan checked and it looked like there were supposed to be 8 in the store. Nathan then went above and beyond seeking to find a tool I needed He even took the time to grab a ladder and check in storage. I have not seen dedication to service and customer experience like this is a long time. Nathan made me a Home Depot Brooklyn Center customer for life. Manager and All Staff were awesome too!

We are always greeted with smiling faces, helpful tips and quick and easy returns and purchases. Their plants are in great shape both indoors and out. And we don't have to go looking for help in a department.

Excellent customer service. Purchased and air conditioner and the cashier was super helpful.

Associates were very nice, store manager Tyler was less than helpful. Not that it matters but I'm not shopping at Home Depot again. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you need to stop in for a cold soda, that I believe they could sell you properly.

Location is convenient but the level of customer service is missing. They don't seem to value the employees knowledge in the departments that work there for peanuts. Also where are the sales on hanging baskets, dirt, mulch? Home Depot is making a lot of $$$ during covid and it's time they start having the sales again!!!

The atmosphere of the store was very pleasant. My cashier was very helpful before and after check out. I'll be coming here as long as I'm in this area.

I received excellent customer service at this store. This was the third store I had been to, (one other Home Depot and one other "outdoor" product store), and this store's employees impressed me with their fast and friendly service. Each employee I encountered made me feel that I was important, and didn't waste my time.

Fantastic experience at this store

The employees are only there for a paycheck, they know nothing about the tools, plumbing, woodworking equipment, do your own research on what you need before you go in.

Home Depot is the worst home improvement store. If you can buy elsewhere I would highly recommend.
