Every year my son wants the colorful lights on the tree and I like the white lights. We were so pleased to find a pre lit tree with remote that allows you to swap between colorful and white! Very happy with our purchase!

Every staff member we encountered greeted us and were so helpful in addressing our needs.

Every time I shop at the BROUSSARD location the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Will always use the BROUSSARD location. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Brought a refrigerator and was very please!

I frequent Home Depot in the Lafayette area regularly and by far, the Broussard location has the best selection of Milwaukee tools available, as well as the Packout toolboxes and accessories in stock. Even the Husky build out series is well stocked for my own personal toolbox endeavors.

We went to Home Depot to purchase a new stove. We were helped by a very nice lady named Donna in customer service. She made our shopping experience well worth it.

Carolyn (and also the lady in the shift before her) in appliances were amazing. Answered questions and make sure we were taken care of. Carolyn helped us make sure we were buying the correct size fridge. She was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Buying experience was a breeze.

We bought a door that had a defective spring. Gidgit and Travis helped us resolve the issue with NO drama.!

I am equidistant from the Lafayette (Ambassador Caffery) Home Depot and the one in Broussard. I have shopped at both. I can say without hesitation that I will only shop at the Broussard Home Depot for the following reasons: better stocked store, nicer and more helpful employees and less traffic congestion; all are important factors. It is always a pleasure to get the supplies I need at the Broussard Home Depot- and the employees are the main reason!

Everytime I have had to make a return everything is done so fasr. Even when I have had to have special assistance. I am a 70 year old lady. One time I need to have a shelf replaced in my closet. I sometimes have trouble walking so I explained to the man what kind of board I need. He brought the board to the front where I was sitting and when I gave him the length he cut if for me and put it in my SUV. Such Service!! I wish I could remember his name.

My dryer went out all of a sudden so we came here to see what they had. To my surprise several of them were marked down. When we walked in we were greeted by the friendly Mr. Brent Vincent who helped get us in and out with a new affordable dryer. See him for all your appliance needs!!

This Home Depot store is the friendliest home improvement store in the area- that's including the competition

They have most of the products I need.

There were two woman who went up and above to make sure I was able to have the stain I needed to finish the job

In all the years I’ve shopped at this location, I’ve never had a negative experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked. Never had to use any other store regardless of project. Prices are great. Home Depot is the only hardware store I will ever use.

Very helpful employees. Since I moved back to Louisiana, that I have been getting my garden supplies and plants from this Broussard location. And as a consumer, I have the mentality to look for savings. The garden center employees are super helpful guiding me where the deals are and explaining how the deals work. I am definitely going back this Spring and Summer 2024 for my supplies!

My brother and I was shopping for a refrigerator for my sister . Our sister got out of the hospital. Her refrigerator broke. Mrs. Carolyn , was so helpful . We went look other places. Then we came back and bought the refrigerator!! My sister is very pleased .

The store has a wide selection of products. It’s huge. Fortunately a store employee helped me to find what I was looking for. The worker at the checkout also helped me to use my military discount. This was a pleasant experience all around.

Location is great right off the highway

Unfortunately for this location PAT , was horrible. She literally was WAY over in customer service, almost ran and fell trying to chase me and my mom exiting the store and accused us of stealing. The young lady at self checkout, assisted us with our checkout process and was helpful. Its sad PAT acting in such a manner. There is no excuse to accuse someone of theft. I probably should have turned around and returned the item just for her behavior. Moving forward, I wont be a returning customer.
