Employees were friendly and willing to help me and my family find what we were shopping for. We were able to find everything we needed that day at our local Home Depot. And the store was very clean.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Even during peak seasons, wait times for assistance is minimal. I've always found items i need to be in stock. Store is kept clean. Location is convenient and easily accessible.

Store is clean and organized. Employees are ALWAYS available to help. Andrea, Sue, Alicia at pro desk, cashiers diane, theresa, ashlyn and many others, paint dept cedric, debbie and mario, dave, steve in lumbar, nick, oscar always assist with loading, angie and meghan in tools...many more im sorry cant remember their names..ALL above treat us very well are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Employees are great and friendly and customer service is a plus. I can usually find everything I need, unless it's out of stock with the Cov thingy going on and all. Prices are reasonable and check out is pretty quick always. As a contractor I purchase alot of materials and I also have alot of returns at time. They accept my returns without hassle and I am greatful.

I have enjoyed extraordinary customer service at Home Depot in Brunswick. The Garden Staff are first rate, and the customer service overall is uniquely strong in my experience. Their commitment to getting what you need and getting it right is the type of attitude that reinforces for me that Brunswick Home Depot is the only place for my to go when I have garden, appliance, construction and hardware needs. Staff know where things are in the store, things are well organized and they are always around to see I can get exactly what I need.

We no longer shop at your local big box competitor because they have NO customer service. Keep doing what you are doing! Your customers appreciate being able to interact with knowledgeable sales employees who provide options. Do whatever it takes to retain employees like Rob and Hannah: they are the reasons that many customers return to do business with you!

Hannah Love was awesome helping with a 4 appliance package. Went over features and comparisons. Hannah was so helpful and knowledgeable. Jaimee Weghorst was extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted.

My experience with the store today was the first of it's kind I have never been in this store and had a bad experience with a sales associate until today I had two young ladies that pretended to help me one told me that she did not know than she gave me an answer I called her out on it then she called another young lady that young lady acted as if I inconvenienced her today by asking them questions that I did. Her tone and her demeanor her attitude changed after I called her out on her answer because of prior answers that I got weeks before in the same store. people come in the store to spend their hard-earned money so if someone has a question about a clearance item there should not be any reason no one in the store could answer the question they all kept passing it off to another associate they called for a manager and a manager did not come and then the young lady the white Caucasian whatever you want to call her with the ear gauges in her ear maybe I think she had on glasses was her tone and demeanor was just off and not pleasant so I left paid for the few items that I had and I left the high dollar item on the shelf!

Another awesome experience due to great customer service! Much appreciated! I will continue to do business with you versus the competition who obviously cares nothing about customer service!

I shop the Garden Center most often. While all of the employees are helpful, there is one gentleman in the Garden Center that helps load your car that is absolutely the best!

The store was clean and I had two employees reach out to assist me, which is a huge deal! They made me feel like family! Keep up the great customer service and you will run your local competition out of town!

My flag holder had become old and rusty. I was in search of a new one. I asked where they might be found and went to the flag section of the store. There were none visible. I asked an associate for help. She looked and could not find one. She even checked the shelves where the surplus might be, but neither of us could read the product code on the boxes stored on the top shelves. She asked me to wait while she called the head of that department. He arrived with the machine that raises and lowers so he could see the produce codes on the top shelves. It was not tall enough. He asked if I could wait while he got a machine that went up higher. He did this and could not find what I was looking for even on the highest shelves. He apologized profusely for my inconvenience. I could hardly believe the trouble these associates went to to assist me. I will not soon forget this. Your employees are the BEST! I just wish I could remember their names.

Everything has been satisfactory in answer to all the Review Guidelines. However, I do wish to clarify one of the offerings Home Depot has provided for our locle U.S. Coast Guard and Auxiliary by giving a discount. The problem I have encountered is that some employees do not know this. I would suggest that if this store is still giving the discount, that all employees be informed of it. If this is not being done anymore, please inform me of it.

This is my favorite hardware store to shop at when I'm in need of items for the jobs that I'm doing.

Parking is sufficient, store is neat, bathrooms are clean. Employees are very busy but helpful.

Dogs everywhere. This store is more like a pet shop. This weekend a large dog jumped up on my wife's leg scratching her shorts. It looked like a 40 to 50 pound standard pet poodle. I shooed it away but the owner said it was his right to have his dog there based on Home Depot policy. I told him he still needed to control his pet to which he replied I was not being very nice and he stormed away. No apology, no concern for my wife's skin or clothes. That seems to be the type of people these dogs owners are now. If you like dogs sniffing your crotch and jumping on you then this may be the place for you. The owners like very long leashes so the dogs can roam while they read labels. Wake up Home Depot. You are running a home improvement store, not a pet shop. When I'm shopping a project list this is the last store I visit. You have to constantly be on guard to keep dogs away and it is too distracting.
