Love this store. Everyone is always so helpful. Bought a washer and dryer today. Ms. Judy was so helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were very good. I had checked other places, HD still had best prices. And such great customer service.....

Worst customer service, employee refused to mix the paint I wanted - he could have given his opinion - but he refused - I have done this before at other stores they simply tell me it isn't recommended - however, this is a specialize design/project and the paint works - but the Burleson employee told me, "I wont mix it." Tried to talk to manager but was told, "he's busy." That's not customer service.

Unimpressive.

If you shop at this Home Depot, I highly recommend you ask for Dennis or Ivan; (both) are exceptionally polite, professional, and really went the extra mile when I needed to build a French drain system at my home. Great guys, and the cashier Luisa, was also very friendly and professional. Great experience!

The store's availability of merchandise was good and well stocked. I had been to three other stores in search of item that I wanted but none had item that I wanted. There were many available here. Received assistance in finding leader garden hose that I needed. Also, garden center gate was open so I didn't have to go back in store to exit and purchase item. A quick transaction

Employees in the store did great, but the installers for the products I bought were constant no-shows. After three weeks and still no resolution, I had to cancel my order and go with a competitor.

Pro desk is totally understaffed. I personally walked the store for an hour pulling sku numbers for the person at the pro desk to get the order placed so I could pay for it. That was on top of the 15 minute wait to be recognized by the only person working the pro desk who was on the phone with another customer. 2 other customers walked out in disgust after waiting a considerable amount of time. I only stuck it out because my order had to be placed that day for my customer to get 3 months no interest on their purchase using the HomeDepot credit card. The person at the pro desk was very friendly and stayed late to assist with my order. They just weren't all that knowledgeable in building materials and supplies.

I seriously will never go to another home improvement store. The employees were so helpful and enthusiastic about helping. They really wanted to see everyone’s projects become a success. Store was so clean and organized as well.

Always stock more variety of products friendlier staff than the competition

Candace is an outstanding cashier! She deserves a huge raise, she went above and beyond what she needed to do on a warranty car battery exchange for me at the Burleson store.

I got everything I needed there very quickly and easily. My family also basically lives there and that's the one we go to for all of our building needs.

My husband and I always use this store. We have been doing remodeling on our home for over a year and go to Home Depot almost every single weekend and throughout the week if need be. I was a bit disappointed this past weekend when we went to rent tools and it would not accept our credit card. I even called my bank and the representative said our card was fine and to have the store key the card in manually. The store did it on a Saturday and Sunday. The associate refused to do so, so we stood there like well how are we going to pay then? We ended up using another form of payment twice each day that we thankfully had on us. We ended up going to the self checkout afterwards to purchase an air filter and our card worked just fine! It was embarrassing and frustrating. Other than that, we love going here. Just would really like that issue to be resolved!

As good as any box store, some employees are committed and some aren't. Impossible to correct all employees.

I was unable to get the assistance I needed when I went in to purchase keys. Associate was neither friendly nor helpful
