Very helpful and friendly throughout the store! Great people!

I was in the store for a long time. There was not one manager or worker that was near me until this employee named Johnny bumped into us! The first thing that he said was good afternoon folks, if I may ask, what is the project your working on? I thought that was awesome! (finally someone that cares!) I would strongly go see Johnny in the doors and windows department! The way he handles a situation with utmost respect and courtesy was why I am saying go see him! Definitely future manager material. Home Depot better keep Johnny close, (ha) I was in the store maybe an hour and was getting frustrated, and if it wasn’t for Johnny handling the situation better than I had expected I would have left Home Depot and not purchased anything. He got me exactly what I was after and asked all the necessary questions that he needed to figure out what I needed! After maybe waiting (which he can explain everything to you) 10-15, Johnny found me more than enough stuff that I need. As I said before, He is in the doors and windows department of the store. He gave me his business card that Home Depot gave him, just to let me know if I need anything to call or even email him! Johnny, if you can read this, thank you for a wonderful experience, I promise you if I need anything or if any of my local contractors need anything to give you a ring!

Thanks for saving my paint purchases for later touch ups

If you are ever in Home Depot Cadillac, go to the millworks desk and see if John is working. He really goes beyond what he needs to and makes sure to help in any way he can.

I tried buying my items online for some reason The store did not have my items but they did and the employees here helped me to fill my order great people

We were upgrading the entire flooring in our home, called the Cadillac store, and Amy Jo, their Flooring Specialist, let us know that they had some discontinued flooring and we should come in and look at it. When we got there, we discovered another product that better met our needs. Amy Jo was professional and worked with us. Our daughter who does our work, was so impressed, that she called one of her clients and ended up purchasing the remaining pallets of flooring left, for one of her projects with her. Amy Jo knowledge of the flooring products and advice to bring the flooring into a warm environment was something that we didn't think of because of the cold weather. We would have been very disappointed if the floor froze and broke, even if we left it until the following morning. Thank you for taking the time to talk with us, and advising us. We will be back there for future projects, first.

My husband and I were very surprised to have every employee treat us like good neighbors. We went to three different dept. And each person in every Dept was a great help. And there was at least one employee in each Dept and willing to help.

The kitchen designer was awesome to work with. Always friendly, and if I need help or have any questions he is there. Also calls me by name which you don't get that elsewhere.

The store is always clean and welcoming. Any time I ask an associate for help they are quick to point me in the right direction.

I had the pleasure to work with Todd at the Pro Desk and he was extremely helpful! I had an idea for building a new deck for my house and Todd helped make that a reality. You do not need to be intimidated to ask for help at the Home Depot. Todd, as well as the other employees, were all eager to help me. If you have any home projects that you’re unsure about, Todd and the team at the Pro Desk are an amazing resource!

The Paint Dept was very helpful to explain to me what products would look the best or be best for the projects that I was trying to accomplish without any knowledge on what to buy for sure. I wanted to go for a certain look, and explained what exactly I was going for. They helped me to pick out the best products closest to the look I needed in paint. Very nice employees and super helpful.

I have been to the store a few times a week over the last couple months and have been very impressed with how helpful everyone has been. Especially Amy Jo and Jean. Thanks!

Everyone at the Cadillac Home Depot was so helpful. We had some good laughs when I tried to describe what I needed and they actually figured it out and helped me find it. I still don't know what it is called but besides that little thing they helped us make several larger purchases. The store is clean and organized. The associates have the knowledge to be helpful.

I enjoy shopping at the Cadillac Home Depot. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The shelves are well-stocked. And...we appreciate the Veteran's discount! Thank you Home Depot.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION IN CADILLAC Michigan SINCE IT OPENED, HAVE SPENT NEARLY 80 THOUSAND TO REPAIR/ UPDATE MY 135 YEAR OLD HOME. THE STAFF IS SO VERY HELPFUL, PATIENT AND KIND. i LOVE THE CADILLAC MICHIGAN HOME DEPOT

Store was clean , well lit , well supplied with fasteners of which I was shopping for. Very Good shopping experience!

Adam Kyle in kitchen design is extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to design two gorgeous kitchens. He went above and beyond the norm to answer our questions and make our vision a reality.

Friendly staff is approachable and helpful. I would drive several miles out of my way to come to this store compared to going to a different box store that is closer.
