over the phone appliances order, 5 appliances all 4 different clerks I spoke with were very friendly, helpful, service oriented Rich in appliances was very knowledgeable, patient, service oriented, helpful, easy to understand and work with.

They have the worst cashier working there. Shes a rude women. Her name is Vicky. Don't ask for your military discount. Apparently she's antimilitary. She also thinks its ok to talk to customers like they are dogs.

This is the smallest Home Depot store in the entire chain. Yet is consistently well stocked and will always search for what I need and ship it in on those rare occasions where they do not stock it. I walk with a cane and the staff always offers to carry my purchases to my car for me. I have purchased kitchen appliances, house and interior paint, electrical parts, lumber, flooring, etc. and always had a good selection and great service. The store is clean, well organized, clean rest room, and easy in/out of the parking lot.

I had called this store to reserve and pay for a tool. There were no more in stock anywhere else and there was only one left at this store. Kaveen Duggan was so sweet he went out of his way to pull the item off the shelf and go through the payment process with me. I have had issues like this before with other Home Depot’s where they wouldn’t really help out like that. I was greeted by an associate at the front. Masks and sanitizer was provided. Jonathon greeted me at the order pick up desk and handed me a goody bag for ordering ahead. Everyone was so sweet. Thank you for the help. I greatly appreciated it.

Store was exceptionally clean and products easy to find. Jonathan in Special Orders is the go to person if you have a problem you need solving. If I didn't live so far away, this would be my permanent home store.

I pretty much find what I need at this store. If I can't, a store employee is always willing to locate the item at another Home Depot store.

This store is very well stocked. You name it they have it. The paint department and Pro Desk are my two departments I use the most. Thank you all who work in these departments.

The service people are very nice, knowledgable and helpful, however the cashiers are horrible! They could care less that you are making their paycheck.

The staff are friendly and the majority wear masks correctly. Social distancing is being observed, and we experience a friendliness that is appropriate and professional!

The associates in this store are always helpful and friendly! :) It’s always nice to have someone ask if you need help or just say hello!

Every person that I encountered at this store today was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. John helped me order a refrigerator. Lauretta helped me return a toilet and get a new one, and Sean helped me with a problem with my refrigerator.

the store was dirty, the carts were not sanitized, no disinfectant available to wipe down yourself, employees standing around not wanting to help

The store is small and does not have many things larger Home Depots do. The employees are less than welcoming. I did a curbside pick up and the female employee set the order down by the back of my truck, beside my disabled veteran tag, handed me the receipt and walked off without asking if I needed help loading it (I did.)

If you want to do business with people who know their product and know their stuff, this is the place you need to be.

Nice store, a bit small for a HD but they have sufficient products. We're planning a new kitchen but the styles that HD has have been around for quite some time so, sorry to say, we went elsewhere.

Steve in tools was great! Went out of his way to help find me engineers tapes.

Cheryl gave us excellent service ordering blinds. Informative, professional, and patient.

The associates are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Items are arranged neatly and the store is clean and well kept. I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location.

The store employees fall in between those who are always around and when you need a store employee there isn't anyone. Or have a cashier that wants to make joke out of your service and patronage.

This is an awesome store. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable well beyond what I'm used to. Employees know what I'm talking about and are able to help me find just what I need.

Store was clean and inviting with well labeled aisles and employees to greet and direct to specific areas of the store(big time saver)! Associates were very friendly and helpful making decisions easier to make in three different departments. Would like to see the store expand with more choices.

Although we refer to this Home Depot as "Home Depot Light," due to its smaller size, it consistently has everything we need. The employees go out of their way to assist and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. As the closest home improvement store to our small town (one-hour drive), we are happy that it is close enough to get there and back in just a few hours. Our alternatives are Colorado Springs (two-hour drive) or Denver (three-hour drive). Thanks for being there!

Friendly staff that go above and beyond.

Nice store although this location is much smaller than other Home Depot stores. I would suggest calling and checking to make sure they carry the item you are looking for before going in. I had checked online for a certain type of fence picket. The info online stated they had almost 800 in stock. When I arrived I was looking all over for these pickets! I finally asked the lumber cashier where they were, he told me they do not carry them. I stated the info online gave me a count of almost 800 available, he just shrugged and said they don’t carry them. I had to drive to Pueblo which is more than 30 minutes away to get them when I had already came through on my way to Canon City.
