You should be proud of Giselle, Gilberto, and Maritza. They work in the tile section of the store and are truly exceptional employees who deserve a 5-star rating. They possess a great deal of expertise in their field and were very friendly and courteous towards me as a customer. Moreover, they asked all the right questions to ensure that I remembered all the supplementary supplies required for my project. These team members possess a high customer service EQ (emotional intelligence).

The staff in the shop is attentive to the customers need. I had problems scanning, a saleslady came to help me in a subtle polite and helpful manner. Not like some shops that treat you like if your stupid. I thanked her, she looked at me like I did not do anything. She did she treated my 66 years with respect. And Im grateful for that.

It happens quite often that an employee can’t help you because this is not his or area. All employees should possess the knowledge of at least telling where a product is in the store, not to know any specific of the product but at least an employee should know where things are.

Found what needed quick paying service and Cashier Carmen made me very well taken care if she was patient and cordial and cheerful even when it was late at noght She was energetic and efficient. Also two men employees help put all in the van when I completed the shopping and they did so voluntarily I felt well taken care of as customer.
