I came in to buy supplies to refurbish furniture, and quickly realized i didn’t know what i was doing. Bo helped me find exactly everything I need and explained why I needed each item. Excellent customer service!!!!

Had a great experience in the paint department on 10/27/21. Employees went above and beyond. All store staff pleasant and helpful.

Staff is generous through out the store. I stopped here on my way back to Acworth and this store was little better than the other store I have visited earlier

Noticed some really nice changes in this store since the last visit. More greeters and assistants up front and all seemed very eager and pleasant. I remember having a hard time trying to find someone to help at times but this visit proved some improvements were in place.

This particular store is my favorite not only for the amazing inventory but the friendly and helpful staff. I always get the best customer service and I love the beautiful garden section . The store is always well stock and clean with every item you could ever need for your home.

The store was neat and everyone was nice. I don’t come here often. My dad LOVES Home Depot and that’s the only reason I entered the survey thing because my dad would die if we got a gift card like that. We would be able to finish my parents house! Lol. I was shopping in the garden section of the store. As I was checking out the cashier, Kelly, pointed out there was a better price option for something I was purchasing. I appreciated her noticing and taking the time to help me save some money on the product. It was a refreshing change.

This store is Amazing!!!! Everytime I have come here to get flowers and potting soil and misc items for my yard I have not been disappointed....especially when it comes to checking out in the garden section both times in the past week I have had the best experience with the cashiers....especially Kelly she was fun to talk to and went out of her way to help with my flowers I ordered....instead of the flowers falling over and dirt going everywhere she found some extra containers laying around and put my flowers in them and they where easier to transport to the trunk of my car.

Very friendly and personable employees eager to help you. Would definitely recommend this Home Depot on that alone! Well done!

I returned two items. One was an online purchase that I did not have the receipt for. The young lady cheerfully and willingly looked in her computer setup and found the receipt for it and promptly gave me a refund for both items. What impressed me most was her great attitude.

Employees are rude. They don't offer help and when they do they refuse service due to "personal reasons."
