Due to buying house in casa grande I needed some appliance. Unknown to m there was a sale going on and it was last day for it. Arrived an hour before close due to the fonal walk through lasted 3 hours after i worked all day. Peter was very friendly and knowledgeable for the customers he was helping. This did take time 40 min of time but it was regarding appliances. I mostly knew what I was wanting but my question on the concern of front load washer leaking had Peter saying that was not a concern these days but odor tends to be with some and gave me direction on a ge brand.( one that I had checked elsewhere with the lg I first said I wanted). I decided I hated both the white and saphire. PETER unlike other store rep looked up model and seen a new color was released and in route to arrive jan 6. Same day my lease at apt ends. I also asked peter about fridge i wanted and said how there would be no available water hook up and i wanted large fridge and freezer section he showed me a lower cost side by side with plenty of room. All in 10 min.. shame they didnt have more help during last day of sale

I entered the store with a shopping list and a mission, but I could not find the first item on my list. Chris saw my frustration and took it upon himself to guide me throughout the entire store from item to item. He even suggested a few other items that I'd been meaning to put on my list and had forgotten. Then, when my cart was full, Manny sent me to Customer Service to check out because there was no line there. What a wonderful, awesome experience on a day when it would have been so easy for both gentlemen to be "overwhelmed" by customer demands. I can't thank these two men enough for making this Black Friday stop a brilliant success!

We've been shopping at this Home Depot location for over 13 years now and it is still our go-to home improvement store. I was recently very surprised that I was allowed to return a product I had purchased 6 months and 4 days prior (it was still in the box). I had measured wrong and did not realize until we were about to start on the project. The refund was in the form of store credit because the transaction was so old, but I was very impressed that they took it back ... it was a $457 item so I was glad I did not have to eat that.

The Ridgid tools are the best warranty on the market. Lifetime service, including Battery replacement. You just can not beat the deal !! Home Depot makes my day!! Thanks HD

Every week I go the the Casa Grande Homedpot, the items rarely ring up for the correct price, it is always $2-$3 more than the listed shelf price. Better pay attention to your receipt and what price you are actually being charged. Who knows how many people do not pay attention and get over charged. Tring to have an employee then correct the Homedepot mistake seems like a bother or total inconvenience, sorry to have to make people actually do there job. When I asked to speak to a manager (Yvette), she was just as rude as the Charles at self checkout. Homedepot should really try and hire employees with at least a little bit of customer service. After all the mistake was not on the customers end, it was on homedepot.

Home depot typically has lower prices, but the customer service provided is what guarantees that we will be back. Chris from Plumbing was a ginormous help. He helped us find every piece of plumbing we needed and was knowledgeable on the project me and my dad were working on . He helped us kindly always paid attention,never left us wondering and even made sure his Co worker didn't need help also. We need more people like him in every work place. A huge shout out to Chris for his help.

They have the greatest helpers, one man talked me through changing my vanity lights, and I had never done this before and he got me everything I needed, that I would have never known. And the refrigerator salesman was a great person and a complete pro.

The Casa Grande, Az. store is well stocked, clean and the employees try to answer any questions you have about product placement in the store or making a comparable selection.

I just bought a new washer and dryer and refrigerator from Home Depot. I love the appliances and the people that helped me with my purchases. They were so courteous and helpful.

Went in for 12-60# cement, only had 6. Employee looked for more, then loaded 6-80# on the cart. After checkout, loaded all into my car. Excellent service!

The particular item that I was looking for was located by an associate who knew exactly where it was located. Good job!

I bought several pieces of pinewood. My husband stated that it should be straight, no splinters and no too much stains. 2x2 and 4x4. The gentleman employee at the lumber section was extremely helpful! Unfortunately I sure thanked him but I din't see his name.

Melba was extremely helpful. One of my items did not have a scan code so she saved my cart until I came back with the same item and scan code.

I had helpers pick up supplies, they had issue and manager was very rude to them. I shop here often, but that will change!

How do you become a manager and not be able to answer warranty policies without accusing people of arguing when they ask for clarification? Heather and the whole service desk crew are rude and immature...yes I saw your faces and heard the comments about me because I stood up for myself. Wrong type of people representing this company!

This store is getting better and better with great staff and very very helpful specialists in various departments. I am switching most shopping from Lowers to HD

I was denied a military discount for not having a specific card. Even though it shows on my driver’s license.

Lots of friendly faces at this Hone Depot, particularly Grizelda at the Pro check out. Very efficient & always a great attitude. On the occasions I need management assistance, Manager Trisha has been just wonderful.

Great customer service yesterday as we entered the store to purchase an evaporative cooler. Store was nicely stocked - variety of choices for coolers, and offers of assistance almost immediately. Self service clerk was very helpful as we checked out, and offered loading assistance.

Great staff with knowledge and experience. Very friendly and make you feel very comfortable shopping at your store. Keep up the good work!!
