Scott in customer service was rude and felt put off that I was asking him a question about his bill. He even started helping the person behind me as I was still there talking to him. He made no effort to help me solve my problem. He was pretty much the opposite of customer service.

The gardening area has a large variety of plants which are fresh and strong. The lumber area has good selection and they will assist you with cutting lengths. A great store with excellent employees

I have purchased tons of blocks at this store and each time I picked them up the service was outstanding, way beyond my expectations. Thanks Centerville HD.

Dave, one of the employees showed me the product I was looking for and explained how it worked. He went out of his way to make my time there valuable.

Self checkout station did not work properly and none of the cashier stations were opened, except for the contractor desk at the other end of the store. Next time I guess that I will go somewhere else.

Clean outside and inside. Isles are wide and are stocked neatly. The person creating me was very kind, even though I came in the "out" door she just smiled and said welcome to home depot.

Home Depot has been my go-to place for over thirty years. I have been highly satisfied with customer service, products, and rentals. Today, an alert employee followed up and gave me assistance I felt was above and beyond his job description. Could not have been more impressed!

I was replacing a bathroom cabinet that I had purchased from Home Depot store many years ago. However they did not have a replacement in the store so I had to order it on line. It came broken, which is not the fault of the store. I don't think it was damaged at the store. I think it came to the store damaged. They were very good to help me and make the return. I have to once again do an On line order because I still want this cabinet. The price was good and it comes closest to what I need to match the vanity. My only complaint really is that they don't have more options on hand in the store.

I have recently completed a remodel of a used home and made many trips to Home Depot for tools, materials and other supplies including butterfinger candy bars - witch I love - to keep my energy up. I always found the the staff to be very helpful and friendly and willing to provide advise and instruction. They were a big help in completing my project

Needed 9 quarts of paint for a picture of a peacock to be painted on a table. I had no idea the shades since I am not part of the project. Nuvia, in the paint department looked up a peacock on her phone, moved the sections to a color wave chart to get the precise match and handled a laborious task gladly and quickly while also helping other customers. Superb job, Nuvia.
