Had an awesome exp.again today. This store had the nicest and most polite staff! I love the outdoor staff and plumbing. The outdoor staff are super polite, nice and love to talk and joke. Also the children's free work shop, (first Sat of every month) today were just as sweet and nice as ever.

Michaela is the name on the receipt. She ignored me for a few minutes, glanced twice and continued to ignore me while she was texting or playing on her phone. Then she acted like it was an inconvenience to ring me up. Total fail HomeDepot

One day I went tp purchase a lawn mower, but I only had $300.00 dollars. This employee name remmie must of notice the discussed look upon my face. Remmie assisted me ,and shared informatio ,and help me to recieved an account card for purchasing materials for my house, and tool box for my pick-up.

We went in to buy a picnic table and when we got there there were several to choose from. Amy was great at the check out and Reemie was great when we had to get the table unlocked outside.

Delivery sucks was to include installation was a heated moment. HD took items back to store and told me to pick them up. I canceled the order.

Excellent customer service from the Special Services Desk - Reenie (ASM) & Lia ? (from Special Services) took my order and got me out of the store in record time. Very pleased and can't wait till the product comes in to install in my new place !!

Quwon did a great job helping with getting a lamp down and making sure I had lightbulbs. He also rang me up.

I bought a piece of lumber that was supposed to be 1×12×6. Which means 12 inches wide, but it is 11×1/4 inches wide. Very disappointed. I feel cheated

We bought the DeWalt battery operated pruner. This pruner is outstanding. 1100 cuts just on one charge. We wanted to get another battery so he did so a couple of days later. You will love the customer service you get from the friendly staff at Home Depot.

HomeDepot has a variety of product and if unable to locate. They have employees Carmen and Agha who will assure that your shopping experience is a valued one. Thanks to them and their team for understanding a customer's time is valuable. Great job.

I was prompted to visit store because of product failed to work. I received assistance from MGR Derek who went above and beyond to solve the issue. I paid for product at Customer Service Desk, being greeted with a smile by Rachal who also thanked me for coming. Cudos to both of them.

I was apprehensive about going there at noon on a Saturday as well as It's been the first cool day in over a week- I knew they'd be busy. I immediately found what i was looking for once I walked in!! I got to the register and Brenda was ready with a smile to check me out! No lines, no waiting, definitely VIP treatment. After the past few years after the pandemic, its hard to find good customer service. Lines are long, places are short staffed, tempers are short... but Brenda was fantastic! A breath of fresh air.
