I asked for help to get a navy blue spray paint. They have a sign on the gate that states to ask for help first, even though the gate was slightly open. So I ask CSR Marcus, who ignores me & since I didn't leave just looks at me (annoyed that I disturbed him) I told him what I needed, he jump the counter goes to the gate & slams it open then walks away. Marcus, if you are that unhappy working there, since the majority of your job is to assist customers, then it's time to find another job. No need to take it out on customers.

Today I went into the store shopping for a new stove. I had a list of wants for the stove. Ellen was working in the appliance area, and was great, she was funny, knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. We went through various stoves and she was able to help me get the stove that had everything on my list. I will be looking for a dishwasher in about a year, and I hope I get to work with her again,

I recently came in for some christmas products and I was so happy with the great customer service I received! Thank you El Con!

manager would not sell a display that was the last item they had in store and online, but was showing 1 available at store for pick up. But manager refused to sell display and was extremely rude and had me waiting over an hour because he decided to look for an item that they did not have but only 1 in store that was the display. Manager Jamie Hensley wasted almost 2 hours of my time looking for an item that only showed 1 in store and refused to sell display after he had me waiting that long.I have been a home depot card member for years and I have bought 2 displays throughout the years, but this manager refused to sell me the display after he had wasted my time and promised me the item.

Worst Home Depot in Tucson area. Employees are rude. The manager is rude. The manager literally threatened to tow my truck from the loading area after I was there for about 2 minutes. There is a lot of staff just hanging around the cashier area while there is only one cashier at the contractor end and two at the main end. All the self check out lanes are fenced off and sit there vacant. Not sure if there is only one person qualified to drive fork lift, but I literally waited for 45 minutes for someone to move down the next pallet of drywall, and the guy that finally came smelled like beer. I've complained about some of these things to one of the employees, but I was told that the new manager is trying something different and that we have to have all these barriers and things because the customers are just stupid and apparently getting into "fist fights, all the time". I avoid this store as much as possible.

Paint Department good service.Other employees were not help full .I had to ask for help.Some people on the floor would walk away and no help. I shop there every week.Some cashier are friendly but others are rude hate to say.Have a nice day?

I was greeted so nicely when I went into the store. I had to return an item and was helped right away. I had help finding the new item I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful here.

The store is very well organized and clean. We were very pleased with the customer service we received. We were able to find what we needed right away. We will definitely return to this store for our future home improvement needs.

Rude, no one to help. Can't even get a simple key right. Was Looking for air conditioner, ask 5 employees. Clueless. Misdirected several times. Awful experience. If you must go, be prepared to figure it out yourself.

Very disappointed in the lack of service or care. Dealt with an employee who disappeared for over forty minutes while "helping" me, a manager who was so overworked all he could do was apologize, and another who was borderline confrontational, and who suggested, when all was resolved after over an hour, that I should go online and write a positive review. Um, no.

The staff are very accommodating. Kimberly at this branch at El Con is always so helpful! She grabbed me a cart when she saw I was having trouble and opened up a whole register to help out a co-worker

Went to the El Con Home Depot this morning. I was able to find the area I needed. I asked for assistance and was helped by a really competent saleslady who took interest in the project I hope to accomplish. I appreciate the help and will locate her again.

The Garden department is my favorite place to go for inspiration and free contact with a garden environment other than my own. The garden customer service reps have always been polite, gracious, hard-working and knowledgeable and easy to find. The senior staff whom I mentioned in another review showed good humor, patience and support in training two younger staff. Great role modeling and refreshing especially when things are still tense under the Covid "cloud". Good store, staff and safe place to shop.
