The employees at this store are more helpful than most other Home Depots. I like this one better than the one closer to my home, where they are clearly not trained to ask people if they need help or even help when they are asked. This store has been good to me for customer service and I continue to be a patron of it.

This is all new to me why because my husband had a stroke and not here to do the man thing that always looked so easy until l had to do it alone and no idea what l was doing lam a retired school bus driver 20 years well l stepped back to help my husband and my world was the light is green lam gone most of the time that happens in stores and l'd leave mainly because l didn't know what to do ask me about buses and l can do that but other things that never did before l hated because didn't know how, you guys made it good from hate to good thank you for caring about the customers it really meant a lot to me again thank you. And yes l would recommend this store. Yeß

I was greeted by a cheerfeul person at the door. I was looking for some items and an employee spotted me right away, they came over and offered some help. I was on my way in no time with a great experience. I used the self check out and the attendant there was also great. Overall good store compared to others around the are, always have employees ready to help. Clean store and lot.

The whole tone of our shopping trip to this "new-to-us" Home Depot store was set by the nice lady at the front door who welcomed us verbally and with a smile. I don't know her name, but she is an asset to your store. It would be nice also if the employees who walked past you in the store either said "Is there something I can do to help you?" when passing, or a simple "hello."

No help on sales floor. This store is close to my home but I rather shop elsewhere.

Store overall condition much improved from a few months ago. very clean and well organized.

Now I have back problems!!! Please make sure you have more employees that cab help us!

I live close to this Home Depot and use it for many home improvements.

They had the right equipment, the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The store, including the restroom was clean and well stocked.

It's getting hard to move since they are stacking items everywhere, they used to have at least a couple main hallways with plenty of space to go side to side of the store.

Greeted at door by an angel, helped By a man Named Niko he was great, the next guy needs more training, it seems like a issue with the race we weren't, the majority are a particular race, some looked at us with...distaine

I like this store because it is close to home. I love going through the garden dept. The paint dept. seems to always be busy.They do have a huge selection of household products and I am usually very satisfied.

If you have any type of DIY project that involves paint, ask for Carlos. He is very knowledgeable about the products and will help you get everything you need! Thank you Carlos!!

Cashiers are extremely nice. Specially Mandeep, Diana and Angela at the customer service desk. If you to home depot here, try to get one of these people in they are available.

Hey fellow costumers. You can not beat the store service now to me it looks like they beefed up there sells people to staff the service better.

At certain times the Home Depot can feel like an uninhabitable cave, but catch the right day and time, and the Hatch Road store can feel like a top rate shopping experience for the customer. I have had more positive shopping experiences here than in any other Home Depot; and I shop at four regularly.

I was able to find my building materials fast and process through the cashier quickly and treated with friendliness and support.

I want to praise Kandy who helped me with some merchandise. She not only help me pick it out and discount it, but when she didnt have enough inventory, she called another store to ensure they had the same material and more importantly, secured another discount. She is an amazing associate and reflects not only professionalism, but customer care which far exceeds the shopping experience. I suggested to her boss to give her a raise. I pray that he followed through. I sent these comments to corporate headquarters because she is a special employee worthy of taking a few moments to recognize and say a very grateful thank you. I shop online a lot.at many different stores. The first time to shop with Home depot, I did have concerns relating to my pass experiences with stores like Walmart and Target. Much to my surprise locating the items online was very easy and if I didn't want to purchase online line it gives you specific isles for item location! The pick up was so fast, quick and efficient...less than 5 minutes to walk back to my car !!! I give Home Depot an "A+"
