Returned items with receipts to Joseph, no question asked. Told him other items that I don’t have receipt. Right away, response was, “you can’t return them”. I’ve asked why not? How about store credit?) which he never offered. He said something that I forgot. Then I’ve asked for a manager. Then told me right away to swipe my card. Items was not in my card(cuz I know). Still did not offers store credit. He says something again, and im getting frustrated. I asked for a manager again and he says swipe your card again. And I swipe my other card, hold and behold items went through. But I just remembered that those items I might have purchased before so I can get my money back. But nooo, he gave me store credit right away, him scanning my ID. Got more frustrated because he should have offers money back in my debit card. I’ve asked for a manager and Front End Supervisor was there with no help to the situation. Made it more difficult. (Maria) doesn’t know how to handle situation with frustrated customer. It got me more mad/frustrated. All I ever want is a store credit and I’ll be on my way. Hector(ASM) came by after about 10-15 minutes later. Told him about my frustrations. Great listener as an ASM. Associates at store 608(Cerritos) needs more training on how to handle customers. If they don’t know how, then just get a manager involve. Make it simple and easy for customers.

There was a manager by the name of Juan, who was super helpful with my visit today he was able to explain where all the items I was looking for where and he was super helpful while doing it

I bought a shower head here today that was long over due since my last one was just terrible, I had a budget for one and the employe who help me was very understanding on that topic and helped me find the shower head best suitable for me.

Staff is always attentive when asked for help. Cashier Miranda was awesome!

Home Depot Cerritos is my go to store I get excellent customer service and I find everything I need

The inside of the Cerritos California Home Depot was on standard with all the other Home Depot’s I’ve been to. The outside on the other hand… There were at least a dozen day laborers loitering around and 2 different people selling food out of the back of their cars. I felt like I was in Tijuana, not Cerritos.

Wan is definitely the person to goto for amazing customer service and also questions you might have when it comes to Mother Natures green babies!! Thank you Wan for your helpful advice and great customer service. Thank you for helping me with my purchase from taking my items off the shelf, at the cashier and to loading everything up in my car. Making my recovery from my recent back surgery just that much easier.

Awesome idea to involve kids, my grandkids love "Kids Workshop" and I love the Garden Dept.

I would not recommend going back to this Home Depot. The parking lot is crowded with oversized trucks driven by guys looking for work. The store managers do nothing to get rid of them.

LIGAYA of Store #0608 is the ABSOLUTE BEST! To reiterate, she is why we felt comfortable and confident in buying all of our new home appliances. She took the time to educate us on each one to help us make the best decision. I honestly have never had such great customer service before!

An employee by the name of Tim helped me out greatly! I asked where something was that I was looking for and without any hesitation he told me where to go. As I got there and was looking at the product Tim shortly came over to make sure I was getting the proper one! He was a great help and was greatly appreciated! He’s a great employee and addition to this Home Depot family! Thank you Tim!

Mike from hardware was very helpful

I’ve been coming here for years and Carlos and William are the biggest asset this store has. They help you as soon as they possibly can when other home depots you may have to wait a half hour for a forklift operator. They’re hard work and attention to detail pushed me towards ONLY going to this home depot. If I’m 20min away and another one is closer to me I DONT CARE I’ll go to Norwalk because of them. Debbie used to be the cashier in the back and I miss her back there. But I have to say ,her replacement Gina is a very friendly and Wonderful person to have in costumer service and I understand why she’s there. She’s awesome, Please don’t change the back entrance anymore i Love this home depot the way it is.

I came in the store looking for hanger hooks, notice an open box upright freezer in the corner. The first young lady stopped what she was doing, answered my questions, and was really patient during the transaction. Then she handed me over to Nicole the cashier, and she was Amazing!

Wow! Great customer service, great price. Estefania helped me, she went above and beyond, amazing to find such friendly service in today’s market. She was splendid and very helpful.

This Home Depot is amazing with stock and quick lines. Everyone is friendly and I would recommend to everyone.
