The staff is so helpful and sweet!! With their help I feel more and more empowered to take on projects around the house.

The store is generally clean and well stocked. The employees are all helpful and pleasant. Spring through a Fall the garden center is also well stocked with wide selection of plants, trees, and shrubs.

I do most of my hardware and lawn care product shopping at this location and have been doing so for several years and have always received great service or assistance when needed.

The inventory in the store is always good and if I can't find something there's always someone available to help me. Store always looks very clean

I was there mid December looking for tomatoe cages. Yes I am a crafter. I had help from every person I ran into. I did not expect to find them but had to look there. One gentleman even took me to the dowel section of the store thinking I could use that with chicken wire to support my Gnomes. Evergreen boughs would be wire on the frame for the body. The dowels worked OK but next year will hunt for small tomatoe cages.Lad

I am familiar with the store and its products. I was not bothered by any employee but feel the help was there if I wanted it.

I love this store and the customer focused employees always willing to help and teach when they learn what project I need help with!!

I'm not usually one to write a review but I felt the need to after our experience renting a trailer from the Chaska location. My wife and I showed up to rent a utility trailer after calling to make sure it was there and let them know what time we'd be there. When we arrived, Brittany in customer service got all our paperwork and payment taken care of very quickly and proceeded to call someone to unlock the trailer for us. Unfortunately, the only person who had the keys wasn't responding, keeping us waiting for quite a while. We could tell that Brittany was bothered and embarrassed that we were stuck waiting for the trailer though it was not her fault at all! We finally were able to get the trailer and when we brought it back the next day, we went to Brittany again to get the remaining rental deposit back. To our surprise, she had already talked to her manager and had our rental fee waived! My wife and I are just very thankful and impressed with this young employee. She showed us that she truly cares about the customers that come to Home Depot. Thank you Brittany for your excellent customer service!

I live about 15 minutes away and this Home Depot is my first stop. And usually my only stop unless they are out of stock. The store employees are very knowledgeable and have always been very helpful and courteous anytime I have been in the store and needed help. Keep up the great work team Chaska!

Dave in the paint area was extremely helpful to make sure i purchased the correct item...Lady in Eden Prairie store suggested the wrong item so i had to go to the Chaska store which is closer for me to return item then buy right item ..Thanks Dave

Get customer service, Clean store. Would go here anytime for anything.

Matt in lumber was a great help. He cut 4x8 sheets of plywood that I would not have been able to fit in my vehicle. He took the sizes from a sheet of paper and was on it with a smile. He has a great attitude and was a great help to me

Do NOT buy carpet from this store. It says on the building it is a hassle free experience with no hidden fees. Lies!!!! They were happy to take my money and couldn’t get it fast enough. Let me spend hours there picking out just the right carpet. Charged me to come measure my basement. Ordered my carpet and let me pay for it all. Then call me to tell me there is a problem and I will need to pay someone to remove my flooring for them or a 3” perimeter around the floor. They were not going to pay for the extra charges. So turns out there is hidden fees and there are plenty of hassles. And I got to pay for them all. Learn from my mistake and run as fast as you can anywhere else to get your carpet!

If you haven't met Francie in the garden store, do it. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor.

The store is always well stocked, I own several rental properties and I am in there a lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Willie at the pro desk and Francie in garden center are the best !!

The Chaska store went above and beyond after a incorrect delivery from another store. I’ve purchased carpet, flooring, tile, tub, and tomorrow will purchase all my appliances. Every employee in every department has been extremely helpful.

The store was clean, isles clearly marked. Most of the items I was seeking were easy to locate and the friendly staff were friendly and knowledgeable in finding the ones I could not.
