Had a lengthy visit today when I needed several items. All employees were so friendly and helpful. I was able to easily find someone who helped me with my purchases.

Randy in the garden department is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.! Mike, one of the managers, is also incredibly helpful and friendly! I recommend this store highly!

Mike in hardware ended up saving me some time as I was looking to build a shelf for a Lego that my son had put together. He showed us a shelf with a hidden system to attach it to the wall; I didn't want to see any shelf brackets. And the best part.. I didn't have to build and stain one from scratch.

I JUST WANT TO SAY ON MANY OCCASIONS, MY HUSBAND I REALIZED WE SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE DIRECTLY TO HOME DEPOT IN THE FIRST PLACE. WE HAVE GONE TO LOWE'S FIRST BECAUSE IT IS CLOSER TO GET TO AND NOT HAVE TO GET ON RT 11 WITH TRAFFIC, BUT THEN TO FIND OUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE ITEM WE WERE LOOKING FOR. WE WOULD THEN GO TO HOME DEPOT AND FIND THE ITEM WITHOUT A PROBLEM. HOME DEPOT IS OUR HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE CHOICE!

The store is clean..it does need more employees assiting customers. We were walking around looking for a door handle, and there was noone to ask, Where to find it..otherwise this is a great store, with friendly cashier..

Hard to rate this store excellent because of the outparcel construction of a Chick Fillet and Starbucks that REALLY CHOKES UP traffic exiting from here especially on Saturdays and at lunch time weekdays.

Your employees at this store have been extremely helpful, every time I have been in the store. They are willing to help me find the products that I have been looking for, and making recommendations. Jim in electrical has been very helpful, along with Bill Basko, helping me with plumbing needs. I appreciate their help answering my questions. It is truly appreciated.

Not pleased with associates being taken to task in front of customers. And for the manager to give me attitude and telling me to just fill out a survey was unprofessional to say the least.

Briefly, each visit to this store I have always had assistance from an employee(s) who was knowledgeable, helpful, and assisted me with a great attitude and smile. Very awesome people. The store is always in order and clean. Love this store and its employees.

Horrible experience dealing with the evening manager "Bill" on September first 2019 about 8 pm. If corporate does not intervene The Home Depot has lost me as a decades old customer. A perfect example of how 1 bad apple can spoil an entire basket. Everyone other than the manager "Bill" treated me well, with respect and dignity. Not sure maybe "Bill" just hates gay people.

The girls at customer service are the best of all the Home Depot stores I have ever been to. Kimmie at customer service does a fantastic job. I stood in the isle where the toilets are for twenty minutes waiting for assistance but none came. Loaded my own toilet on a cart. Had to move five of them to get to the one I wanted. I was really disappointed with my experience until I went to customer service to pay for my stuff and was greeted by two girls with smiling faces and very polite. They both rekindled my faith in your store. Thank you Kayla and Kimmie. I hope someone brings this to your attention.

The people there are always so helpful and knowledgeable.just wish they had more colors for flooring actually in the store.

Associates were very friendly and helpful. Were very knowledgeable about the product and helped me, without being pushy. They gave me time to think and make my own decision about my purchase of a new stove. The store was clean and neat. This was my first time buying a large appliance by myself., and it was a pleasant experience.

The store is excellent!! But by putting Chick fil lay and Starbucks in the same lot is terrible. Makes it extremely difficult to get in and find a place to park. Trying to get out is even crazier. Bad idea. Lowes up the road is easy in and out.

When there are personal available they are willing to help and make sure that you get what you are looking for.

The employees in this store are always friendly and if you can't find what you are looking for they will usually walk you to it rather than just telling you the aisle number.
