Rick Joyner was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely warm and welcoming from the start. He took time to get to know us and our preferences before jumping in to our kitchen design. His attention to detail was exceptional as he carefully planned the intricacies of our project. His communication via email and phone was always professional. By the end of the experience, he felt more like a friend than our kitchen designer. Home Depot is lucky to have a guy like Rick on their team!

We went to the plumbing section with a list of things needed to run water lines in a trailer to hook up a washing machine. Muhammed was SOOO helpful with showing us exactly what we needed AND explained why/how to complete this project. He definitely saved us a ton of time AND our sanity!

Excellent experience

While shopping for some general garden items, I had friendly encounters with 3 employees, one working the parking lot, the cashier, and a floor employee. All were friendly, kind, and helpful, which made for an enjoyable stop. The items I wanted were well stocked and available. The selection of items were diverse.

I recently purchased a new Samsung top loader with smart technology washer, so far so good, there were a hiccup or 2, but the straightened everything out.

In big box stores, it's often difficult to find someone to ask 'where do I find'. What a time suck. Not at this store... so many employees consistently asked if they could help me find things, and Dora the cashier was friendly and fast. Great store, will only shop here from now on!

While selecting the type of paint I needed for a specific project, I received very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable guidance. I was very pleased with the product I purchased, and it was perfect for my project

Please get a new credit card reader at the register I cashed out at. The chip reader does not work. And it’s been months. So you have to put it in the chip reader 3 times, gets denied every time, and then finally it lets you swipe so I can pay and get out of there. All the cashiers know about this. Please replace it so I don’t waste so much of my time. This has been going on for months!

Was able to find a great shower head and I liked it so much I went back for another. Great variety of choices from budget to high end. Great quality.

I am pretty much centered on 3 Home Depot locations. I find better service inside and outside the store here than the other 2 locations. They just seem to go the extra steps to make sure you are happy in your experiences there. Always asking if you need help and being informative on your choices.

The store was well stocked and the employees were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. This store affirms my belief that Home Depot values the customer, service and making resources plentiful and available above all else. Thank you.

I’ve been in a lot of home improvement stores my favorite is the Home Depot bar far. The clarence Home Depot in particular is the best. Customer service is over the top, even during these times when stock is difficult to attain they are very apologetic if the item is not readily available even if it’s not their fault. The Clarence Home Depot is my home improvement store of choice.

Great staff. Will take their time with you even if very busy. They do not make excuses. They do not schedule appointments only to cancel and reschedule. If you have the choice between NFB and Transit, drive out to the Transit store! Great staff

Seek out Mohamed in this store .... he is the best by far of anyone else in this store ..... he has 40 years of experience and it shows he is polite , eager to help and very reassuing when I go it makes my day if he is there just to check in ....even if I don't need his help
