I like the fact that employees are right there after you first enter the store. You can ask them where a particular item is located. Someone will tell you which aisle it is on.

Nicole at this location is a cashier who is always so friendly and always willing to help me find something if I don’t know where it is!

I go to this, and have been to many more, and this is by far my favorite store. All employees I do and have dealt with are extremely friendly and helpful. I always go to the pro desk end, and John, Amanda and May are great, but Isamar is the best!!!!!

Had an associate help me out to pick a great insecticide product for my fruit trees

Location of store is very convenient. Close to home. Friendly employees. Products are easy to locate and very well stocked. Self checkout is the absolute best. Quick and easy.

I’ve had the same issue 3 times at this store. I say it’s tax exempt. They acknowledge. I check the receipt. Surprise it’s taxed. My employer will not accept tax. So I have to waste more time at the service desk.

The employees at this store are some of the most knowledgeable people I have met at any home improvement store, including some of the other Home Depot stores that I've been to. I have had more people offer to help and be able to give thorough information on the products and services that they have available than anywhere else I've been. I really do appreciate their kindness and service!

I'm always pleased with the floor staff. They are helpful making recommendations on my home projects. That keeps me coming back.

Myself and my husband went in to purchase a door and a window. Sophia Bakers and Alan rebo went above and beyond to accolade us snd made the shopping experience very pleasant. I was very impressed when Sophia went out of her way to find a Cart after she went out of her way to hunt and find the door and window we were looking for. Alan also went above and beyond assisting her and found rhe correct sticker for our door. We were pleasantly supposed considering our shopping experience at home depot in the past has not lived up to this standard.

We had a bad experience at another store. We did not wast to return to that store, so we went to Cleburne instead. The employees were very nice and helpful. We were very happy with our shopping experience and we will definitely shop here again.

Our salesperson Tom G. at the Cleburne, TX store was the best! He took the time and explained everything to us when we purchased our washing machine. He did not rush us or act like we were a bother to his busy day. If you need an appliance, go, see Tom. G.

Had item for 20 dollars cheap at another homedepot store would not price match cashier was rude about it and never contacted a manager to see if it was possible to price match

Employees went above and beyond to help me aquire the tools that I needed.

I found just what I needed at my Home Depot. A new heavy duty, but light weight garden hose. Pool supplies to get the pool ready for swimming.

This Home Depot has extra friendly workers that are very helpful

I had several items to return they were extras from a build project. The lady at the counter acted as if I was a burden to deal with. When I said if you don’t want to deal with me get someone who will she contacted her manager who intern came up to take care of my returns and she stood in the corner and snickered the entire time as if it was a funny thing to her. I don’t shop in these places to be treated like a third rate citizen and I will not be back to Home Depot in Cleburne Texas even though we have spent thousands of dollars there in the last two years. I believe it’s time for the customers to speak up instead of being treated as if we were a burden.

Ty greeted us, smiled, helped without complaining and was very friendly.

We shopped at Home Depot #6520 in Cleburn and were able to get the supplies we needed for hot water plumbing. We sure appreciated the helpful service there as well! 20 gal. Rheem hot water heater. Just what we needed for our family get-away!
