The associated was nice and patient and store was nice and clean and shelf’s was full.

The store was clean/ some paint section should concentrate on what there doing and pay attention ro the order placed.

Appliance Sales Person did me wrong and doesn't admit it, I hope he learns next time, but I thought he was an experienced salesperson when he sold me $4500 worth of appliances. The cooktop and double oven I purchased require hard wire installation. The free delivery and Free Installation I got on July 4th Special included both on the advertising. I specifically asked him with a witness if "installation" means wires in electrical also - he said Yes. But the Delivery guys when they arrived said they don't touch hard wire to take out and they don't install hard wire to put in, so no installation. Send it all back. Now it turns out that, "Oh, there is another service you have to pay for to do hard wire installation that the sales person could have sold me at the time, but he didn't. I don't know why not, I would have paid for it, more money in his pocket. But now I have a late delivery again screwed up my kitchen installation plans. Not very happy. Be aware HD does not do installation except for plug in and push appliance in, no electrical! Sales person knew but didn't tell me til I found out later, now it's my problem, or cancel the whole sale. Order No. H6856-97820. Not a happy camper. They also do not haul away appliances that they can't disconnect because they are hard wired - which HD charged $25 for each appliance haul away too. Also HD haul away for new refrigerators delivery does not include hauling away old Sub Zero Frig which is biggest Frig - that I understand, but no question to me by salesperson was what I had to haul away now? That should be a standard mark the box question, "What Frig Do You Have For Us to Haul Away?" Put that on your form. Dont leave it up to the sales guy trying to make a commission.

This Home Depot is always efficient, professional and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The best thing for me is their appliance department. I feel the sales people are knowledgeable and careful to wear their masks and keep their distance.

I found the customer associates to be friendly and take the time to listen to customers. They will walk you to the isle your items are found. They respond to customers request very courteous and respectful. The employees were all using personal protective gear adhering to the Covid 19 rules and making sure customers kept their distance from each other. Bothe employees Cynthia and Dunia were very helpfull and patient in guiding me through the self cashier experience.

The staff is very attentive and willing to help. The other day it was raining hard and an employee took the time to cover me with an umbrella even though I had one in my hand (unopened). Staff are very friendly. I found what I was looking for very fast through the app as it has the location of the item. I got assistance to any issues I had. The associates are very friendly and helpful.
