Store is full-fledged safety hazard. stay away. No appropriate carts available, fire exits blocked behind building. Obviously daily checklists are not followed.

My favorite store, I love all the different options of material tools and the online app HomeDepot has just about everything to complete your job whether small or big!

Every experience I’ve had with the Customer Service desk has been remarkably positive. They seem to work together smoothly, they know how to find solutions, but most significantly, they make me feel like my business is important to them. I’m not a big-spender contractor, I’m just a DIY homeowner, but MY business is important to them.

I find the people at this location as friendly as anyone could ask for, and helpful. the proudest guys are superb.

purchased a 3/4 pvc pipe item # 0000-193-917 (1100001902). after cutting it and doing a dry fit i realized the pipe was undersized and the fittings fell off, and after looking at the pipe you can see it was not manufactured correctly. i returned it and they would not take it, i left it there. i needed the pipe and so i purchased another one after is test fitted a connector to it. i cornered an employee in plumbing and showed him some new stock and he test fitted a connector and Shure enough it fell right off and the one next to it fit perfectly, and there are several that are no good. bottom line is the pipe can't be sold. its undersized, the fittings will not bond to it. your employees are not very educated. this was an expensive trip for a $5.00 plus fuel to get a piece of defectives pipe. yes it was cut but it was not manufactured correctly in the first place. receipt 1803 07 21522 03/08/2024 9293 and 1803 62 34744 03/08/2024 7060

I tried to buy a Ryobi oscillating multitool. The bare tool was offered with a free 2AH battery. I had a clerk assist me with the purchase, but the free battery offer was not honored at the checkout.

We bought a fridge, gas range and microwave. We were very happy with the choices available; either in-store or on-line. Would not hesitate to go to Home Depot again for another majoy purchase.

Over the last year, the customer service desk staff have provided service that goes beyond my expectation. I would never know if one of them was even having a bad day! Outstanding!

An appliance had been purchased for me by a family member, set for pick up at the Coeur D' Alene location on Kathleen Ave. Tabatha from the Customer Service department, as well as Mike from Kitchen Design provided a beyond pleasant experience. It felt personalized and I felt not only valued, also appreciated as a customer. If you are seeking a place to spend your hard earned income on appliances, home improvement items, as well as other house hold goods, tools, etc. this is a location I would highly recommend.

Customer service does not exist. Ignorant staff. Employees must be following manager's motto - "Self before service."

I had a very tricky color match because the title of my specific color is different for different brands. The employee William went above and beyond to explain the color match process and make sure that I was getting the correct color match. All the while juggling several other customers with knowledge and patience. No one felt rushed. He is a great employee with obvious knowledge of his department

My experience with Home Depot has usually been very pleasant. When returning an item, the customer service desk was swamped. The phone continually rang. Employees attempted to answer phones while attending to instore customers. I asked an employee why calls were not answered by a call center. They stated this had been previous practice, but Home Depot changed policy to have the return and pick up counter answer phones. This is an extremely poor decision on Home Depots part. This is a busy store and should recognize care of the instore customers as a priority. The phones must be answered, but not by the poor employees at the counter. This is very disruptive and aggravating to both parties. Sometimes saving a BUCK by not employing a call service is deleterious to business.

Every time we go into this Home Depot, we are greeted immediately, continually asked if we need help, and never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes at check out. This is a GREAT store with excellent help! Everyone is so nice!

Check out with Matthew was easy and fast! Ron loaded the pallet onto my truck, even wrapped my concrete bags so they did not get wet. so thankful for the great service and helpful staff
